Isaac's Craft Kitchen & Brewery - Lititz — Restaurant in Warwick Township

I have lived in Lititz for all 22 years of my life and have eaten here for as long as I can remember. It used to be my favorite place to eat because of their Pepperjack Tomato Soup. Due to all the horrible experiences I’ve had with them this past year, I can confidently say I’ll never be eating here again. Today was my final straw. In the past year I have only ordered online and here is everything that has gone wrong… Online ordering is almost always broken and unusable, half the time I get the food home and discover items missing, I ask for no tomatoes on my sandwich and I get home only to find tomatoes still on the sandwich, today I used online ordering to get a quart of soup and it said it would be ready in 45 minutes (that is too long just for soup), I pick up the soup that cost me over $15 and it’s burnt to the point where it’s inedible and makes me want to vomit (the second time actually I got the soup home and it was burnt), and even when I arrive at my pickup time I find myself still having to wait for my food! I’m sorry but their service lately has been nothing short of terrible and I will not be eating here ever again. I have given this place far too many chances to redeem themselves and I’m still left...

This was our worst dining experience. It should have been a sign to us when it took five minutes to be seated, even though there were only 3 tables seated and no line when we arrived. The poor service continued the rest of the evening. I had to chase down a different server for straws, then napkins(even though I asked our server for napkins). Our one son's macaroni and cheese was cold, while our other son had to wait for his. Mind you the food did not arrive fast, in fact two other tables arrived after us, and were served before us - both were gone by the time my sons macaroni and cheese arrived. As for the food, my wife's Pepper Jack Tomato soup was pretty good. The rest of the food wasn't any better than a local convenience store deli. Needless to say, we have no intention of...

I love there Hang on club it's ham turkey on 3 pieces of bread that are likely toasted and so good let us tomato They have a great rewards program if you sign up and give them your phone number it definitely gets you a free Meal if you have a bigger family almost every timeThey always have the freshest ingredients and give you aThing are fresh pickles and vegetables in a dish to start you off Definitely recommend going awesome local placeJust took 7 of us there with full meals drinks and 2 large desserts their fudgy fudgy brownie is so good and it was around a 130 So for 7 people that eat a full meal and that Take home leftovers...
