I’m writing this on behalf of my wife. My family had ordered new IPhone 16’s and unfortunately the phones were stolen from our front porch. After contacting police to report the theft we contacted the Costco/ATT& T hotline. To say that we dealt with bureaucratic BS is an understatement. My wife spent numerous hours and calls only to go no where in regard to having her money refunded as well as trying to order new phones.
After this frustrating experience, we were done with dealing with anyone from customer service. I drove to the ATT&T Store in Lititz, PA. Once there I met the store manager, Eddie. I explained our situation and the bureaucracy we dealt with. Eddie listened to our concerns, issues and complaints. He actually said, “This isn’t that hard I will help you.” From there he made some phone calls, he ordered our new phones, he provided competent reliable information on how to obtain our refund for the stolen phones and in general was the ultimate personal, well spoken, competent, experienced professional a customer would hope to deal with. Eddie did his job and did it well. Please give him a raise from corporate. He deserves it.
As far as your customer service, please send your employees back for more training in how to order new phones when the original ones are stolen and teach them how to refund money back to a customer as they were worthless to deal...
Read moreOriginally when signing up to first net i was told that i had to put no money down in order to get my free watch... the store didnt have any in stock so i then went to a different store where they ran my credit a few more times when adding my account at the ephrata store and being talked down to by their manager who i believe was sue (asian lady) and whom wouldnt help me at all or even call customer service for me. (useless human being). i was told firstly that i was approved with no money down and i was very upset that i went to a different store and they tried to get me to pay, but when returning to the Litits store the next day Kyle Bair(Bear) felt my pain . this man called multiple customer service reps and tried his best to get it removed with no success. but at that point my man literally came out of his own pocket to pay $100 down payment because of the Ephrata store's mistake... ill only go to this Litits location from now on just because i know hes got my back and hell do anything in his power to help! thats how you do customer service SUE!!! from Ephrata store you bum !!! learn from Kyle here ... But seriously tho Kyle thank you man made my day and experience a whole lot better and if i had a daughter id let you...
Read moreElijah has a great knowledge of the business. He also has perfect manners, and is willing to go above and beyond to assist with his customers concerns. AT&T should value him very highly. He deserves more than an accommodation for his customers service. The fact that I was lucky enough to have Eliyah as a sales representative speaks volumes about the quality of employee that AT&T hires. The service I've received at the lititz pike store has been the best experience I've had at any of the wireless service providers I've ever been to. I'll recommend my friends and family to not just switch to AT&T, but to do it at this particular store. And if possible to ask for Eliyah himself. Keep up the good work, Eliyah and the entire lititz pike staff....
