At this company I can see that we're eager to attack customers after we don't provide good quality coffee I had said I placed an order at 8:33 I had waited about 5 minutes I didn't see my order or what might have looked like my order on the paper which was my mistake and I can admit because I'm a normal human being can understand that however when I saw the coffee I quickly realize why I didn't see the as my order because no one should have to receive that poor quality and then I was like I want to take a picture so I can show the company exactly what you people sure average customer and when I said that on multiple times and trying to prevent the manager in multiple employees hearing me please don't do that I want to take a picture so I can show the company but you expect to serve your customer and consider quality to the person paying money to this establishment she proceeded to throw it out then when I asked for her name and she said it was Karen then an employee who is not helping me started blaming me for the coffee being made wrong because I said that I had to go I wanted to refund because initially I didn't have time to wait which had nothing to do with the quality of coffee in which they were about to serve me but I get it when you're serving trash you have to blame somebody for your actions and she was giving me attitude because they were offended that I was going to receive poorly made coffee and as always an adult can't help but control themselves my child who is minding his business not even speaking to their staff said that you know I should worry about my son who's better behaved than those adults who are literally a targeting a child and are proud of themself I'm concerned for their professionalism also throughout their best efforts to deny me the right to report to what they have I do actually have a picture of the coffee they tried to correct me from taking a picture of and I'm going...

I’ve been getting harassed by an employee and manager. Employee Kaitlyn has said I’ve went there multiple times when I have not. This dunkin is 10 mins away from me. There’s a dunkin directly up the street from my house. I could walk to it. I dated an employee who works at this dunkin and have not been there since we split. Kaitlyn is his new gf and she say I go in there when I don’t. The manager of the establishment Taylor. Has tried to say she seen me go in there on her cameras. The reason I know thy lied bc they said I have black hair and my hair is pink. Very very different. I’ve called this dunkin and spoke to a different manager and still Kaitlyn and Taylor employee and manager says I go in there. I posted a picture of a drink I got and the girl Kaitlyn posted on her instagram that she made it. When I never went to her dunkin. Every one at this establishment is a liar and just full of drama. I first want to say I'm appalled because I'm a regular customer at this Dunkin I go every morning we'll not now you will never get a penny from me I was standing there not getting any service. Two ladies walk out from the back when there's about eight people on the shift. Two ladies walk out from the back grab their tip jar and they felt it was more important to pour their tip earnings into a Dunkin donuts bag without even saying good morning, oh hey, how you doing? Someone will be right with you. Nothing just so ignorant and made me feel so out of place and awkward like that's how I know that racism is still real because I was the only minority in that Dunkin donuts so I just got looked right through but they wanted to make sure that i wasn't going to take their tips I guess so they'll never ever get a dollar from me not even 1cent put that in...
