Happened to be driving by on Easter Sunday, so we decided to stop since we were starving and did not feel like trying to search for a place that didn't have an hour or more wait or wasn't closed for the holiday. I had only previously ordered desserts for events and never dined in so this was a first experience. AWFUL. DONT WASTE A SINGLE PENNY of your money eating in this place... I will stick to just takeout desserts forever going forward. Firstly, the 2 waitresses in our section really should have had much smaller sections. This is because (and I am going to do my best to say this with all due respect) they were much older, rather full figured and therefore visibly had a very difficult time getting around the restaurant. It was uncomfortable and awkward to see these poor women hobbling around on what I can only assume is one of their busiest days of the year delivering food they could barely lift and carry. Whenever our waitress approached the table she had to lean on it, or lean on the back of the booth. What manager in thier right state of mind would allow this?!?!???!?! Shrink their sections to compensate for this! As a result, the service was not very friendly (I can imagine as a result of being severely overworked) and it took FOREVER to get ANYTHING on the table, and when we did ask for something (more coffee, glass of water) you could see the look of dread in the poor woman's eyes. To be clear, I don't blame the waitress, I blame the management. I highly reccomend reconsidering management there.
Then came the food. We ordered 2 of thier "featured Easter entrees"... the prime rib and the steak tips. The prime rib was ok... it was a quite fatty slice, and a bit over cooked but prime rib is hard to ruin since it's already such a delicious cut of beef. The steak tips were ATROCIOUS. The pieces of beef were about the same size as the pieces that are in my dogs food, they were chewy as a result of being severely overlooked (I ordered medium rare) and there was maaaaaaybe 6-8oz on the plate at a price tag of $16.99. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I would have told my waitress about how dissatisfied I was if she had actually come back to check on our table and ask how our food was. But the only other time she visited our table was to drop the check. The price tag is high, the quality of food is very low, and in a world full of highly competitive chain restaurants I will gladly spend my money at Applebee's for far superior quality and service forever going forward. Management here is severely lacking for allowing this type of...

June 27, 2021-we are arrived at approximately 6:50 pm and were seated promptly. It took more than 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table but we gave her our complete order which included chili, beverages and two meals. This was at about 7:05 pm.
The chili arrived at about 7:25 pm, a 20 minute wait. During this time we noticed that the table next to us was having difficulties getting their orders as well, as dirty dishes were not being removed, but sitting at the end of the table. Our two dinners arrived at approximately 7:50. One was a Turkey Sandwich special (wife had asked for the bread to be on the side so not a "sandwich) and I got their famous Chicken Salad as a club. Most of the food was pretty good except nothing great about the chicken salad. Too much mayo/dressing for my personal taste. When the server came back to check my wife asked for butter for bread. It never came. The server only remembered when it was time to pay. We did order two desserts to go and they comped us one for the delays in food service.
It seems as though patrons at their bar get better service but our issues appear to have not been unique to our table as others were waiting for their food to...

My wife and I have ordered out from this Greggs two times. The first time, my wife received a piece of turkey on a roll when she ordered a turkey club. We then had to travel all the way back to get a proper sandwich we should have received the first time there.
The second time was tonight 3/5/17. We ordered takeout, and we're given a time of 10- 15 min. When we arrived, they could not find the order, and told us that we put the order into the wrong location. After checking the phone number, we verified that we did call this location, they just never put the order in and lost it. We had to wait for another 35 minutes until our order was ready and there was not even an apology given for the nonsense that we had to go through to get our sandwiches. They acted like it was our fault this happened, and we were inconveniencing them.
Needless to say, my wife and I will NEVER be returning to Greggs, as this location has ruined the great reputation put forward by most other locations in RI.
We will be spreading the word about this location, and will recommend not to...
