Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Warwick

I stop at this location every once in a while because I like the Jalapeno Cheddar Bagels. Every time I go to this location I use the drive through service and it's always extremely slow! This morning I pulled in, there was 1 car already at the window and no other cars in the parking lot. I went to place my order and was met by 2 people. I had to repeat myself so they could get my order correct. I proceeded to the window. I sat at that window for 7 minutes before the window opened. I was greeted by the girl asking what I ordered. I already had to say it twice before to 2 people with headsets on. While I had been waiting only 1 patron walked in the door for service. She took my payment, handed me my coffee. It was made wrong. I asked for a iced dark roast, regular. I was handed what looked like coffee milk with an inch of sugar on the bottom. And then I waited another 3 minutes for my food. Sadly, it's the same girls in there every morning, and the service has not improved. Please issue some additional training to the staff at this location. I should have at least had my coffee shortly after arriving...

First of all this review has nothing to do with the employees working. This morning on my way to school I stopped at honeydew to get breakfast I got a sandwich and a muffin toasted with butter. Tell me why there was only 2 people working going back and forth between drive through and counter. The whole sandwich station in this place is a mess, they have all there frozen meat stored in a cardboard box, they put my muffin in the microwave, and the egg meat and cheese in the microwave, it came out all soggy and greasy. The workers were very nice and obviously can’t control the set up they have, this is 100% undeniably the owner and managements fault, your customers deserve better and for sure your workers...

I went in to place an order. I was in line behind two guys. That was together. I was in there for two minutes tops and I hear loud voice in the back saying OK who is the impatient one came out with such a bad look on her face like she wanted to fight somebody Terrible terrible attitude then she’s giving me a mean look and said how can I help you but still rude ignorant voice so I started to tell her then I said you know what cancel the order I don’t like your attitude and I walked out. I’m just one customer i’d imagine if she treats other people like that this honeydew location will get...
