I'm in town visiting. I'm a medical patient, from a medical only state. This place was confusing. They seemed annoyed that I didn't know what line to get into with there 4 signs. Caused a panic attack as they were all just looking at me instead of offering direction and the desk guy at check in kept my medical card. Where I'm from, they take your card, and the person that coincidentally walked into the booth at the same time he buzzed me thru would take my card and walk me to whatever register we will be at. Just a bad experience trying get my MEDICATION. I've been to other dispos in Massachusetts and it was a far different experience. I will not come here again. Not to mention, the MEDICATION that I bought was harvested in JULY. it's November. Stale. Crusty. Crunchy. It just powdered in my fingers. I was taxed, which I'm not used to. And that's ok, Per regulations I understand, but I over paid for crusty ass weed and wasted my prescription allotment on dust. Save yourself the anxiety attack. Don't go here. They need better lighting, coherent signage, and...

Excellent visit as always. This location never disappoints!

Today the team was running a little short staffed and the wait time was longer than typical as you'd expect. However, this was still the great experience I know I'll always get with any of the Solar stores. The budtenders working didn't look phased by the long line and handled it perfectly. Everyone seemed welcoming and friendly, even though I'm sure it was stressful for them they all stayed professional and did an awesome job dealing with the pressure. Even when I made a comment about the rude couple behind me who walked in and jumped the 25-30 people line out of entitlement to my budtender Aaron, he responded professionally and apologized sincerely for not catching them doing so despite me not blaming them one bit due to how busy they all were and how hard they were working. They can't babysit every adult who leaves their manners at home. It's great to know that even when Solar is busy, they do not let their customer service slide....

Cheyenne is Awesome! I'm a regular customer... Not so much during harvest season. 👀 But the rest of the year they get all of my business. Always great deals and Bundles. The reason I stopped in for the holiday was a great bundle deal. I sometimes don't pay attention to detail. Cheyenne alerted me two my points. Something I wasn't even aware of until she mentioned it. Not only did I have enough points for 50% off..... But I also had a 25% off that was sent to me and I somehow missed. She found it! Along with my old man's experienced smoker discount..... I was able to get 3 of the bundle deals for just a fraction more than 1 would have cost me. You want to discuss customer service? Cheyenne is the definition of Customer Service! With a great personality and a great smile! That's how you do...
