Walt's Roast Beef — Restaurant in Warwick

I do not know who the manager of this store is on Bald Hill road but she is the most ignorant rudest human being I've ever met at a fast food restaurant I ordered two pastrami sandwiches and a potato salad what I received was one sandwich that was not pastrami no other sandwich a potato salad no napkins nor no utensil to eat it with when I pulled back in and explained to her that I only got one sandwich and a potato salad she became very belligerent with me and rude and asked me for my bag of food back and I said no you can just give me my other sandwich please and utensil she then began to be very very rude so I became very very rude because I believe that what you dish out comes back to you and if you can't handle that then you probably shouldn't give it out she then decided to refund me my money tell me that I should go to Burger King and threw a spoon at me then gave me my refund 17 cents short and continue to be belligerent and ignorant while I was pulling away I wrote to the company we'll see what happens with that I will be getting a hold of this company the corporate owner whose name is Anthony and if he sees this maybe he should get a hold of his customers whoever she was was very short doc here and ignorant as all hell I will not ever go there again if she is there I will also be spreading theword around town and all over internet on how ignorant and rude she truly was when I left the store she never took the bag of food back I opened it it was not even a pastrami sandwich what I ordered so not only did I not get both of my sandwiches or a utensil to eat my potato salad with I got one sandwich and it wasn't even the right sandwich whoever is running this show over here on Bald Hill road should be fired if you cannot do your job then you probably shouldn't have one there she was bitching moaning and complaining right as I pulled up the window to someone else in the store so she was already having issues with people however I will not be anyone's punching bag so her verbal abuse and her rudeness towards me will not...

Walt's prices have been rising, steadily, these past 5 years. Post-pandemic... The price of Everything has risen to the extent that Walt's is now a Rare treat for us. We have been regular customers, since they 1st opened their doors. Now, our original favorite meals of sandwiches, sides, dessert would be $60+. This location has gone pretty downhill. There was a time where the meat was high quality, the sandwiches a coveted item if we had the spare funds and had gotten good grades. However, in the last ten years, the inside is disappointing and the drive-thru is subpar. The last few times I’ve been, the sandwiches were haphazardly thrown together, skimping on ingredients, and yet double the price of what they used to be when they were better.
