Disappointed- about a month ago upgraded 2 phones. Took awhile in store 3+ hours. Supposedly a network issue. We purchased screen protectors had them put on there, cubes and phone cases. One wanted liquid glass and we were told they didn’t sell it nor should he use it. It’s been about a month and one of the phones is not receiving calls or texts and the glass that was put on at the store is peeling from the edge. 3 workers at once today stated “it’s the glass itself because of the curved edges, dust could have gotten underneath…” Well maybe you shouldn’t sell the product if it doesn’t work. It cost $55 for the glass and they refused to take responsibility for not applying it correctly. Mike who I believe is this stores manager stated “you can’t prove it was an application issue”. Actually you can look at how it is peeling off - The guy stated the day we upgraded “he hates doing these screens sometimes it takes multiple times”. I get they’d wear many people and a lot of people try to scam but you can clearly see this is not user error or damage it is application error. Today when we went in we were brushed off and told to call *611 to deal with the phone issue and to go on fortresses website to pay an additional $12 to replace his original glass. Read moreWhat a great experience we had tonight at this Verizon location. Amazing customer service doesn’t even describe what my boyfriend and I received tonight. My boyfriend wanted to get a new phone, but unfortunately this location was not our first stop. We went to another Verizon location and we had such terrible service there, we walked out. We drove to this Verizon location, and although we were both fairly annoyed with our experience and service we had just received at the other store, Kyle quickly made us forget about that. He was absolutely amazing.. what a wonderful employe you have! He was so attentive, he walked us through the whole process, got my boyfriend his new phone and then transferred all of his information from his old phone to his new one. That was a process in itself because my boyfriend had his old phone for so long, that it took forever to transfer. Kyle stayed an extra hour after his shift ended to help us and make sure that we left there satisfied. Not only was Kyle awesome, but since we were there a while, I was able to see the other two employees that were working give exceptional customer service as well to their customers. He said he naps on his lunch so he eats earlier! Didn't ask my name took the old box and gave me a new one. I got home it wouldn't work. I called the tech support number he gave me. They said they couldn't activate this box I would need to go back to the store for another. I called the store first, a male employee answered he told me its a 50 50 chance these boxes will work. Tried telling me I need a medium size box, won't fit in my kitchen. I asked if he could check why the box they gave me wouldn't work, no he couldn't. I go back to the store have a female employee she researched actually asked my info. The original employee eating his baloney sandwich gave me a box for another customers account! To top this the guy that answered when I called came to the register while the girl was helping me to say I spoke to him. She took the time to look into MY account to help me. The best part is all the employees were at a table in the middle of the store talking. Terrible customer service.
