I really enjoy this particular location. The customer service is really impeccable. A major shoutout to McKenzie at this specific location (right next to Kohls). McKenzie is always such a friendly and kind person as I’ve been served by her before. She doesn’t know that today I had previously been waiting in line at the other Dunkin location across the street next to the Starbucks on 42 and no one there ever acknowledged me in the drive thru to take my order. So I left empty handed and came over to this location even though it was on the other side of the road, opposite of the direction I was traveling. McKenzie immediately lifted my spirits just by simply greeting me and on top of that even offered an incredible accommodation to me when I inquired about the pumpkin donut which happened to be sold out. You truly never know how you can be the one to positively impact someone’s day just by simply being attentive and friendly. I pulled up figuring the speaker must be broken and I'll order at the window. Then waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. I fugured the car infront of me must have made a huge order. They only got handed one small bag.There was now a huge line of cars behind me. I explained to the Indian woman that no one said anything at the speaker so I pulled forward. She said she can't do anything I have to order at the speaker. I said ive been patiently waiting for 20 minutes can I please just order a coffee. She said no it must be at speaker. Broken machines, missing ingredients, and a long line of drive-thru customers who couldn't see how hard the small team was working inside. When my preferred drink turned out to be unavailable, they couldn't refund me but they offered plenty of free food to make up for it.
