Ott's On The Green Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Washington Township

I have not been here in a couple of years. 9 of us went tonight for my nieces 40th birthday for the "all you can eat crab legs". Let me begin by saying our waitress was awesome did everything she could to help. The one server was nasty; slammed down our food; rolled his eyes in disgust when my brother in law didn't hear him say who's wings are these; served second round of crab legs I got the plain gave them To my niece because I ordered the old bay ones and when he said who gets the original I said I do put my hand up. He said so rudely well you waved your hands for the plain and walked away without giving them to me! We told the waitress who in turn told the manager He came out (talking lime a coke head) and said oh sorry he has a lot going on and isn't himself tonight! Really? I said then he shouldn't be serving people! All he said was he was sorry. I was not not was anyone else was looking for anything free ; however he didn't even offer to comp a drink! I am a Manager in customer service and if any of my staff treated someone the way this server treated our table they would not be employed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never go back. Just moved to Washington Twp. 3 months ago. Found the people in Boro hall very friendly and welcoming but otherwise the other businesses we have been to not very welcoming or friendly. ( not even a hi). Anyway, we are a family of 3. And we don't drink alcohol, we had passed by Otts and it was crowded. So last night we had thought about this place when we wanted to get something to eat. It was a little confusing getting into the place (there are 2 buildings), but after getting seating, we were getting very disappointed having to wait forever to get waited on. Finally we were asked if anyone had taken our order and she did. Yeah. We ordered our dinner and was blown away by the quantity and just how delicious everything was. By the way the waitress that had taken our order was very apologetic and attentive. The man who brought our food was friendly and then when leaving, I have a bad knee and the gentleman at the outdoor check in had someone open the gate so that we could leave that way. Thank you I really appreciated that. My knee was hurting from all the ramps. My take away, because we don't drink we have been not been treated well going into a bar, Crazy but this turned to be a great experience and can't wait to bring some...

went to Otts after my birthday dinner on a Friday night around 11pm and have not visit this location in a while the crow was light and we sat a the bar closest to the door entry because that was the least crowed there was a black girl with short hair serving us I was nothing but kind to and she seemed not connectedness with any of her customers we consistently had to wait for our next drinks because she wanted to zone out or mostly play on her phone with Facebook. I sat my empty glass in front of me for serval minuets before she even care to stop looking at her phone so as we started to walk away to anuther bar because she didn't want to do her job she look over and I just let her know to please pay more attention to her customers then her phone because we were waiting for minutes to be served. She gave me the nastiest addiute and told me to go to anther bar then and that's extacly what I did. I the.
