Where I live, good Asian food is non existence.. so I was pretty happy to be in the neighborhood and be able to pick up some food home. Immediately, the decor and atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful and very trendy with navy, gold, and marble theme. High end looking. Customer service definitely did not match the beautiful high end decor… I go up to the counter and was met with a guy on the phone, he doesn’t even greet me or anything, just shoves two menus in my face and continues talking on the phone. I told him, I’m doing takeout, he goes “yeah, yeah, yeah.” Umm okay. I ordered pho, bahn mi special, and the Ube taro milk tea… $35 with a $1 surcharge for take out. Prices were kind of high for the amount of food we got. Food was good and tasty, but not worth the price. The bubble tea had a weird thick consistency to it, I thought it just wasn’t mixed well so I shook it up and it was fine. They only give you a small handful of bean sprout for your pho. Overall, a good try but I know pho restaurants that offer more for wayyyy less and I’ll stick to them.

Went here a few days ago for their grand opening. Was greeted upon arrival, and was told to order at the counter when ready. Upon looking at their menu, they only had like 4 options of Pho and rather 12 options of banh mi sandwiches. I ordered the Pho Beef short rib combination, special combination, grilled pork bahn mi, and spring roll for my family of 3 and I. The food was good, I just wish there was more options for Pho comparable to the many different options for Bahn Mi. I also ordered some drinks - we ordered 3 frosty (taro, lychee, and flamingo shine). Recommendation I have for store owner is to put a description of what’s inside some of the beverage. With some of the names for your fruit teas and frosty, I had to ask on more than 5 drinks what’s inside of the drink because it’s not listed. For example, tropic like it’s hot and triple treat doesn’t tell me anything on what’s inside. So I think having a description of what is inside the drink would be helpful.

Not many good Banh Mi and Pho Spot in NJ. We decided to give this new spot a shot. Definitely not going back. The service was horrible. Considering it’s a new spot there is no warm welcoming or directions on what to do. We sat down thinking someone will come around to take our order. After 10 min the person at the register signal us to come and order at the register. We paid for pho, drinks and Banh mi and asked for water as well. After finishing our meal the water never came. Did not realized it’s self serve. They should have told us. We asked serval times. Banh mi was not good. Not many selection for pho. Only 4 kinds. It was ok. Overall not good experience and lots of better pho and Banh mi elsewhere. I typically don’t write bad review but I wanted to make sure I shared this experience.

I recently stumbled upon Banh Mi Factory & Pho while waiting for my sushi order at another nearby restaurant, and I’m so glad I did! I was curious to check it out since I hadn’t noticed it before, and the unique vibe drew me in. This spot offers a variety of options like sandwiches, pastries, pho, spring rolls, and more.

Since I was just stopping by, I decided to try a drink, and the “Mango Maui” caught my eye. It’s a refreshing blend of mango, pineapple, and jasmine tea over ice, garnished with a mint leaf, an orange slice, and I believe a lemon slice as well. They even offer options to add extras like Boba (and one other add-in I can’t quite remember), but I opted to have mine as-is. When I tell you this drink was amazing—it was absolutely refreshing and reminded me of a perfect cool drink on a hot summer day. I enjoyed it so much that I’m planning to go back today to have another, along with trying their pho for lunch.

The service was also lovely. The young lady who helped me was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was bright and open, with plenty of natural light. I was greeted warmly by the staff as soon as I walked in, which added to the inviting feel of the place.

I’ll definitely be updating my review after I get a chance to try more items from the menu, but so far, the Mango Maui alone is worth a visit. Looking forward to more!

Update: I went back to Banh Mi Factory & Pho tonight for, of course, another Mango Maui drink, which was just as refreshing and delicious as before. This time, I also decided to try some dinner. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi sandwich, which included jalapeno, pickle, cucumber, butter, and cilantro. The jalapeno added a nice kick without being too spicy, and the sandwich itself was fantastic. The bread was fresh with a perfect crunch outside and soft inside—definitely a must-try. I also got the Pho Beef Short Rib, which came with a huge, tender short rib along with rare steak, well-done flank, brisket, and a meatball. While I wasn’t a big fan of the beef meatball, the rest of the pho was outstanding, with the short rib falling off the bone and packed with flavor. Everything was packaged perfectly for takeout, making it easy to construct my bowl at home. I can see this place becoming one of my local favorites, and I plan to try the croissants and maybe a coffee next time!...
