Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington Township

This place is hit or miss but today took the cake for me.. ordered my favorite skinny peppermint mocha and while I was waiting the girl at the window started sneezing and the she began blowing her nose....then proceeded to hand me my drink...so I asked her didn’t you just blow your nose...she says to me I’m not sick... then I told her that I wanted my drink remade and someone else to give it to me...so I wait she leaves the window... then I’m watching this other person make my new drink... next thing I know she tried to hand me my new drink and informs me she washed her hands... I always come to this starbucks. I usually like all the people. Today I placed a mobile order and I was expecting the line to be out to the street because it always is. So I place my mobile order as soon as I’m about to pull up and it’s dead. So I tell them I have a mobile order and they couldn’t find it, stuff happens. the girl gives me an attitude because I should’ve placed it earlier and they couldn’t find it. that is not my problem. second, your line always wraps around the whole place and I’m not waiting all day for my coffee. listen I get it if you hate your job but there is no reason for an attitude. trust me, i’ve had my fair share of terrible jobs, but I don’t give customers attitude. if your job is that...

The worst Starbucks. Sadly it the closest one to my job so I have no choice due to time to go there and nothing is ever consistent. The drinks and food are all made differently than what every other Starbucks makes. They always have so many people working there but they have no organization so it doesn’t even matter. You will wait and there is always a line and I have been to much more populated and busy locations and they don’t look like this one. They never have the new cup releases either.
