I assume owner Frank Gore not a very personable guy 1st off kinda more like a donkey can hear it in his voice too. Allowed me to come out to his ice cream holding facility to take a look at an ice cream ice cream chest presumably from the late 80s early 90s. I asked if it worked he said yes, he plugged it in a couple days ago he said. I was like okay cool did you happen to check the temperature (this is the ONLY way to know if it actually works besides testing to see if it frost up). I asked if he had a screw driver because he didn’t even actually turn the thing on to see if it gets cold so technically he didn’t know if it worked. He didn’t even know how to turn the fan on for it bench he wouldn’t have asked why I needed the screwdriver for. I went and down and looked at it there is a thick metal panel that the compressor sits on. It’s blocking the fan from spinning. Then without the fan spinning it’s a paperweight. I was still interested even tho I didn’t know if it worked. He had to go and do something so he was gonna let me look at it still. Before he left he said don’t mess or change anything he wanted to keep it like it was. 1st off I was on the phone and my wife heard that and his tone and at the same time in my head I was like I don’t like his tone and that’s not how you go about that. I am a business owner myself I know how to talk to people and that’s not the way to go about it. I know he didn’t have people lining up to buy it I have seen the market bc I’m in the market. I put the panel back on got up said a few words to him about the way he spoke to me and left. I was professional until I left because that’s NOT how you do business. THERE WAS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO MOVE ANYTHING WITHOUT A HAMMER AND UNLESS I CAN SPAWN A HAMMER LIKE THOR I couldn’t mess with anything. There was no point of saying that I was actually going to buy the paperweight and move it myself within the following 2 days. Now it can sit there it was in terrible condition and been there since 2020 nobody wants it. I’m off my soap box. Good luck...

Cons: We are located in Lynnwood and the company is located in Tacoma. Appointment was set at 11am but the truck showed up at 11:30am. They called us around 10:45am saying they would be late. Only issue with this is we requested 11am since we have two shifts here and many people leave at 11am. It would make sense to plan ahead for travel time knowing the distance and Seattle traffic. I was watching traffic reports from Tacoma to Lynnwood and it said total drive should be 1 hour and 15 mins.
When I called the company to see when the truck would arrive, they let me know that we had set up a time at 11:30am not 11am. I let him know we have email confirmation that says 11am and who I spoke with said they have been having calendar sync issues.
After the event, I spoke with the driver to see if we could find a middle ground on pricing since the truck was late. He let me know that he left Tacoma at 9am, meaning it took him 2.5 hours to make it to Lynnwood which didn't make much sense.
When my associate spoke with him to see if she could convey the message better, he told her that he left at 9:30am when he told me 9am...
Not sure why there were so many discrepancies about travel time and time of event but overall our employees were happy they got ice cream on a hot summer day.
This company is probably wonderful locally but would need some extra planning...
Read moreWe recently hosted a neighborhood party and decided to treat our neighbors with an ice cream truck, and we are thrilled with the service provided by All City Ice Cream. From start to finish, they were fantastic.
Firstly, communication was seamless. They were prompt in responding to our inquiries and were flexible with our schedule. On the day of the event, they arrived right on time, which was crucial for our planned activities.
The selection of ice cream and treats was impressive. Our guests, especially the kids, were delighted with the variety available. The ice cream was fresh, and everything was served with a smile. Allen was courteous and accommodating, ensuring everyone got their favorite treats without any hassle.
Furthermore, the truck itself was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. It fit perfectly with the festive atmosphere of our party.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for better service. All City exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend them for any event. Thank you for helping to make our neighborhood party a...
