I give 2 stars because the food was not bad. . It was the horrible customer service that makes me never go back there. The ladies working the counter messed up our order (no big deal, easy fix, right?) Wrong! Instead of just fixing the mistake they yelled and swore that we didn't know what we ordered. When we asked for receipt, they said they would watch cameras first (really, that serious huh?) Ok,we wait. She brings her phone and shows us a barely audible video and gets mad when we can't hear it. Finally they give a receipt, only shows total,not what we ordered. Escalated way to far for a simple mix up. These people need serious customer service training. I see from a lot if reviews we are not the only ones who dealt with their serious attitude problems! The ice cream is tasty, but the reception isnt welcoming. They were charging like $7.50 per ice cream. And they weren't really patient either. I think it's too expensive for some ice cream like mamey. You can get a popscicle at the jalapeno next there and it would taste the same and be cheap.

Stop at this place after work to get something to eat, and ask the lady at the counter if we can use the restroom to wash our hands and she said with bad attitude that it was out of service, so that made me wonder if they do not wash their hands at all, is a food service stablishment, I find very unsanitary not to have a place for your customes to wash...
