Wings were great; not too crispy or soggy.

We ordered pickup. "Talk of Beaver Falls" highly recommend them. Honestly, I'm probably getting an order of these every time. Pretty spicy, which is right up my alley. They're hot but don't kill you. "Most interesting flavor in the world"..... definitely not. I'm actually very upset that there was no description for this one. Decided to take a gamble and order them. We love those beer commercials. Naming this wing interesting was a mistake. I'd call it terrible. I don't really like old bay, and the amount of it on these is traumatizing. I like to know before I eat anything old bay to get mentally prepared for the awkward flavor on what is normally seafood. They mix that with honey. Lots. Of. Honey too. Not sure if there's anything else in the mix but I literally rinsed them off and used the generous amount of TBF sauce to make them edible. "BSB's Honey Mustard" To start with, I'm a honey mustard fan, so getting it right is hard, but not for these guys. We actually got a bed of fries under this flavor for 3 bucks. Fries were good with or without the sauce. They seemed to be fresh cut. I don't know fries very well. I dipped a couple of them in TBF sauce then some blue cheese; it was great. I figured they would go a little heavy on the sauce for this flavor because we got the fries under, but the opposite happened so the wings could have used more honey mustard sauce. All in all I will definitely eat here again. They are a bit expensive and they only let you split the 50 wings deal into 2 flavors for $48.99, 6 wings is $7.99, 13 is $13.99. Would love to see either a set sample pack of top sellers or a pick your own. Something like 3 wings each with 6 different flavors. 18 wings total. I'd pay $20 for it. Seeing as they stay pretty true to $1/wing. Idk..... I'd just like to see some cheaper way to try more flavors at once.

Could have been a solid 5 if they weren't skimpy on the wing sauce with the fries under, easier to try more flavors cheaper, just generally cheaper all around, and the God awful "Most Interesting Flavor" with a great lure and...

The food is fine. I enjoy the wings and sandwiches. Here is my issue. They are more concerned about saving on some taxes than offering good customer service. I have ordered from Doordash twice and both times they did not give me the complete order. I actually got the ticket from they write up in this order and it was incorrect. So the poor Doordash driver has to make a second trip. I called BSB to speak with them about it and they tried to blame Doordash. They said my order came to them wrong from Doordash and once they refreshed it they saw the missing items. So is that what happened twice? Why doesn't it happen with ANY of my other Doordash orders. Then the manager tells me if I want my order right I should order directly from them and skip Doordash. I told her I would order from their cash only business if I had that much cash on me so I have to order through Doordash. She said there is nothing she can do about it because they don't take credit cards unless it is through Doordash. Get a card reader and pay your taxes then. You are so busy trying to skip out on taxes that you are missing a ton of business and...

The first few times ordering from them have been great, but recently the last couple times the food has been waaaaaay too salty; especially when I ordered last night. I tried to give them a chance or two cuz I know not every meal or oder is going to be perfect, but this is too many times now. The fries were waaay too salty and the chicken was too hard to eat. Also, they shorted me wings. For the price that they charge, I should have received a discount or a special offer. When I left my review through doordash the last couple times, I got nothing in return. The customer service makes me want to not really order from them again. Places like this only accept delivery through deliver service apps like doordash but only take cash in person; which is their right but it makes it difficult when you have a complaint and can only do it digitally through doordash. I have heard when people call for anything that isn't perfect; some of the employees get in their feelings and get offended. Sorry but because mostly of the food taste and quality I will not be ordering...
