i came in for an appraisal on my car knowing it had some damage on it and wouldnt get a high offer. I spoke to one gentleman who was kind to me and my mother but otherwise the staff was passive aggressively rude. We left getting a $4,756 offer after the appraisal of two people looking over the car thoroughly which was already lower than car gurus had quoted on my car. We went looking at other dealerships who were kinder and willing to work with us on a price that worked for all of us instead of feeling back into a corner but this dealership came to the higher offer. We went back to accept the offer when they decided to "inspect" the car one more time and then completely turned us away upon coming back inside. Once me and my mother went back to the cars to figure out what to do next after the unexpected change after the confirmation email was sent with a written agreement for the offer with the inspection list. "The buyer" as they called him decided to come back out twice to our car to give us offers of 3 grand first then $3,300 which was well below what they originally offered and lower then the other appraisals i have done. I’m so glad I found this place! This is a locally owned family shop with good people which is hard to find so I highly recommend them. I worked with James who is a genuinely good dude. When I came to look at the truck he was super patient and supportive. He is very transparent and was insistent that the truck be what I expected and had what I needed. It seems like he really cares about people and helping them get what they need in a car. They responded right away when I inquired about the truck and went out of their way to get pics and answer all of my questions via text. James knew the previous owner personally because he maintained a business relationship with the owner after he sold the truck to him originally, which I think says a lot that customers trust him and stick with him for years. After I bought the truck he even put a bow on it for the picture and gave me a free hat!
