KFC — Restaurant in Washington

Worst KFC ever. I've given this store SEVERAL tries to get it right and they NEVER do. They are always forgetting an item in the meal or it's packed terribly. Every time we've been there they are always out of the chicken or pieces that we want. I usually always get hot wings with BBQ or some sauce on them and why would they think it's ok to put the biscuit in with the sauce covered wings? When I get home the biscuit is completely soaked in sauce and disgusting. I called and they told me I have to request it packed separately. Wow, I worked for KFC for 4 years and I just used common sense when packing the food. Today I decided to give them one last chance but went inside the store to order to make sure nothing was misunderstood. The place was a ghost town so you'd expect that all attention would be focused on us and getting our order right but no. First, the guy at the counter was clueless about the menu or what came with what meals. I specifically told him I wanted the biscuit packed separately (like I was told to do). I also made sure to call ahead to make sure they had hot wings ready by the time we got there since they NEVER have hot wings available. Of course, the guy didn't tell the other employee that I asked to have the biscuit separate so when I pull it out of the sauce covered container and ask for a new one, she grabs it out of my hand with attitude, throws it away, doesn't say "sorry" or anything and has a different employee get me a new one. The lobby was also messy with tables that needed to be cleaned, etc. Once again, I was the only customer so they weren't busy at all. You would think that the lobby would be spotless. I am beyond done with this store. The other two KFC's in Puyallup are SOOOOO much better and I've never had...

As I have not been to this location I was not as impressed as I was hoping. The Staffing was sloppy and not much help, they were not willing to offer any assistance with coupons or promotions and when I asked if I could find a coupon online they told me they were corporate and could not be used in their store. There were deals to be had such as the five buck fill up , but since I was not aware and not a current customer of KFC I did not spot them right away and so his meal was $11 for lunch. I am including pictures as you will see for $11 he did not get much. In the future I will choose a different location as this one seemed not well managed and quite honestly the staff really could have cared less. Really disappointing. Also when we arrived that both doors on the side of the parking lot not the drive-thru for locked and I told the employee about it she could have cared less period as a person I was with was disabled it was a little nerve-wracking to have to walk along the side with the drive-thru to get into...

Im not sure whats going on here .... Whether most the employees here are new and in training or what but i ended up having to wait 30+ minutes for popcorn chicken (I ordered a 3 piece meal and the famous bowl .... Pretty standard if you ask me)!

At one point they had at least 5 vehicles pulled off to the side to wait for their order. Im pretty sure i was forgotten about which is why i waited so long but when they did finally bring me out my order, it was wrong! I had to pull back around the drive through and wait for them to correct my order which again they got wrong. They gave me crispy chicken when i had ordered original. The employee THEN informed me that they were out of original. Umm it might be nice to let the customer know when they are ordering their food, not after!

Super dissapointed and the whole situation was beyind frusterating. I didnt even get an apology for the extrmely lengthy wait time or the order errors. Poor customer service and they need better...
