So we were at taco bell at the 176th and meridian in puyallup and they forgot our food we were viditing thr top of the hill so when we got home doen town puyallup and notoced they forgot two combo meals and four chicken little sandwinches. So we called and explained they left out food they asked if we had a recipt i looked and didmt see that we had one so i belive they didnt give us one. They said to come back and we did a few days later since the top of the hill is quite a drive. When we went there in saturday march 19th 2016 we went through the drive through and i told them what happened they said pull up to the window and so i did and explained what had happened again. The guy who i believe was blonde said all he could do was write me a coupon and mail it out. He asked for the bame and address and said that will have the food that was missing. There was also a girl at the window who had dark borwinsh hair. The guy said it would only take three days to come in the mail. Well surprise nothing is the mail box. So a week later i called and the manager JACOB who he claims is the owner and pretty much shouted im in charge im the owner there js no ine above me who can help you and hung up. I explained to him what happened before he shouted. He said i was changing my story around and not making sence. He said i was trying to get free food. And he simply was RUDE. Well i called back and said id really appreciate it if he can find out who was in shift that night so that he can ask if thats what happened. So now i have to call back later and see if he had talked to the guy from last week. Which I feel since he was already rude on the phone and disrespectful that he will most likely say the guy never helped a customer with that issue just so he can look right. It's the only one nearby so we unfortunately keep giving them chances out of convenience, but every order is wrong and the employees are extremely unprofessional. Soft tacos requested to have no lettuce are covered in lettuce. I ordered a quesarito which has rice, there was no rice, and for some reason they added lettuce to it, which that doesn't even have lettuce on it to begin with. Same thing with the beef burritos we ordered. Nobody in my household likes sour cream so we remove it from every item that has it, yet every item still has sour cream on it. We usually just deal with it and hope the next time is better, but tonight 7 items were incorrect and we were missing food we ordered. We called the store and the person who answered just said "hello", not even identifying it as being taco bell. We voiced our disappointment to simply get an "uh sorry". My husband made the decision to take the food back because all of mine and my sons items were made incorrectly, only to get the same response from the "manager", who is also very unprofessional and has zero regard for customer service. Someone needs to look at this location in depth and completely overhaul it with better employees. I understand that it's "fast" food and it was just an easy convenience dinner tonight, but when this is an every time occurrence and you have employees are facetiming on their phone while handling cash and taking orders in the window, things need to be changed. Read moreI pulled off the highway following a sign for Taco Bell. After driving for over a mile I finally found where the Taco Bell was. Famished, I quickly ordered at the kiosk: two beef burritos add tomatoes add potatoes, grilled. After standing for 5 minutes waiting I saw an employee begin an order of beef burritos. He did not add tomatoes, he did not add tomatoes, and he did not put them in the grill. He attempted to serve these to me and I immediately told him that I watched him make them and that he did not add potatoes tomatoes or grill them. Trying to get to work in Sumner I'm on limited time to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. I do not have time to stand for 10 minutes waiting on an order to be made incorrectly. I especially don't have time to have a simple order need to be remade. I said I wanted a refund oh, I was given my refund in cash without being asked if I'd have rather it gone back on my card. For the record, I would have preferred it to go back on my card, I hate cash. The floor and hygiene of the place was abysmal! So much so I snapped a few photos of the kitchen before I left and promised to write this review. This place should be shut down by the health department. I'm lucky I didn't eat here I'm sure I would have gotten terrible diarrhea.
