-5 start Review. Restaurant Review Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, my order was incorrect. I simply requested a regular Whopper and mentioned that I could remove the bun myself due to my food restrictions. Instead, I received just a patty on a plate, which was disappointing enough. Considering I paid the price of a whopper.
What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated by the “manager”, Elijah. His lack of empathy and dismissive attitude made me feel awful about my dietary needs. When I tried to explain my situation, he continuously interrupted me and seemed more interested in avoiding the issue than helping me find a resolution.
I asked for the corporate number to address my concerns, but Elijah refused to provide it. Instead, he suggested I leave a review on Google—so here I am Elijah. I’ve since reached out to corporate, as I believe Elijah would be better suited back on the grill rather than interacting with customers. His snobby demeanor and complete disregard for customer service are simply unacceptable.
I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously and considers some training on empathy and customer relations. Do better, Elijah. 👎🏼

Read moreWont be back this is the last time for me. Ordered the 2 for 5 sourdough bacon sandwiches. The line was surprisingly short so almost no wait at all i thought great! My boss and i continued thru the drive thru and parked in the burger king lot to eat. When i opened my sandwich the sourdough was well under toasted with tons of ketchup when i picked it up my fingers when thru the sourdough like it was soggy or something. It was pretty gross i had one bite tried the next one and it was identical to the first. I would have taken them back if i was on my own time but since i was at work with my boss on a very limited time frame and the line starting to appear, i just tossed them out lunch and 5 bucks. Im truly sad because when younger burger king was my favorite place I would argue with McDonald's fans and always defend bk... But over the years it seems based only on my personal experiences they just stopped caring about either the food or the customers. The last 9 or 10 times I've been to BK's many different locations from portland to the tri city's with very disappointing results. So im sad to say Good Bye Burger King we had a great run of almost 40 years....
Read moreThe 1st time we went, service wasn't too bad, food was great & hot. 2nd time wasn't too bad, 3rd time thought we'd try to see if ok and so far last time, counter service lacked to care about customers order, the person took way over 5mins to acknowledge we were there, barely listening at all, hardly looking at customers, received cold food;-( fries were cold could barely chew them, we were served each others meal and they were made wrong, fish way over cooked, the whole order wasn't right. Not making this up! Sorry I hate leaving low reviews. Maybe ONEDAY for someone or even us! the orders will be Hot&Fresh and better service! I know it's tough times all around, we understand, employee and management, family, life stresses, etc . and lack of help these days, but there's people that work hard out here for what they buy!! Anymore we don't know where this style of service helps anyone!? Smiles were missing! Miss years ago motivated people happy to just have a job no matter what kind of work, customer deserves respect, but it's understandable if customer rude and impatient, of course we were not.
