I went to this location a few times with no bad experience but I went this location a few days ago and from the beging we had a scratchy waitress. I don't recall her name nor that I know for sure what happened was her but since she was the only one at our table and near us. The main reason I am writing this review is because I left the restaurant for about 2 mins or less and I realized after I buckled my daughter I didn't have my Ray-Ban sunglasses. I left her with my mom and I went back In to check the table and I asked another lady if she's seen any she says "uh no I haven't seen anything" so I check the table I didn't see anything but a clean table. So I go back out to my car and I double check everything and still couldn't find them so I go in for the second time to check again and no luck. The next day I called the manager because i just couldn't understand what happened with in 2 mins for my sunglasses to be just gone and the manager said they found them behind a door dash bag in the back of the restaurant and I'm like how, why and she didn't understand either but she was kind and reassuring that only the managers can access the safe which is where the sunglasses were put after they found them. And yes I know I'm at fault for walking off with out my Ray-Ban sunglasses and I should of been more careful about grabbing all of my things. They should have honest people working for them. So please if you go here double check the table make sure no valuables are...

First time visit with a friend of mine. No one made eye contact or greeted us--I had to get their attention. Also, no one asked if we'd been before or if we had any questions. Woman at the register greeted folks who were apparent regulars much more warmly than she did us, pretty much brushing us aside. Also, the football game seemed much more important to her than did our patronage. This reason alone is what spurred this review. Had the customer service been fantastic, the order accuracy issues highlighted below would have been easier to overlook.
When we finally figured out the ordering procedure (you apparently order up front and they bring your food to the table after you take a number--a fact not made clear by any employee OR signage), the gal who took our order seemed in such a big damn hurry that accuracy would have been impossible. When my order arrived, it was correct. However, my friends was almost completely wrong, except for his scrambled eggs. We saw this happen to two other tables while we were there. Servers wandering around with food orders no one would claim, because the order was not accurate.
Food quality was ok. Typical airport diner fare, I'd say. It did arrive quickly, and hot.
I've visited a lot of airport diners, and this one has some work to do to improve, especially in the...
Read moreMy wife and I wanted to go to the buzz on a Saturday evening to sit outside on their deck and get some sunshine, enjoy their cheap steaks and very dinner salads but last Saturday none of that could happen. First we were told the deck area was closed to dinner because it was reserved for parties. This was complete BS because their was only one party group there and empty tables available the entire we sat inside. Then after sitting inside for an hour, I watched new patrons sit outside in the empty tables. Speak of inside, it was the start of poker night so the service was terrible. Our waitress was nonexistent and to busy to worry about us the whole time. She didn't get our drinks, we didn't get silverware, she never came more than once to take our order. When we did ask for drinks from the bus boy, we got empty cups and literally filled them ourselves in the Pepsi machine. Terrible, bad service. Then the food, ok the dinner salad was ok, but the steak was burnt on the outside and raw in the inside. Like blue inside and charred blackout outside. The tator was decent but that had to be the worst steak I have had in years from a restaurant. And the buzz is known for steaks. Let's say I won't be going back to snohomish buzz...
