Hi I’m writing this review because I know that chipotle is good or I would not be going there. Usually when I Oder it’s a steak bowl and it’s always on time for me and filled to the rim but this particular night I think it was on Sunday 03-8-25. My son ordered 3 bowls my husband had chicken and steak bowl my son had chicken bowl and my bowl was steak bowl with white rice black beans corn fresh tomatoes sour cream and cheese. Once our Oder was made the employee who had our food in her hand dropped all our food on the floor my son Saadi as he was walking into the store he saw her clip up and fall. After she proceeded to go make them over she did not well with my bowl. She gave me a little bit of steak and little bit of corn a lot of mushed up rice and NO black beans with sour cream and cheese. If my stomach was able to talk that night it would have my steak bowl was horrible it took me a few days just to eat it because it was not right and I throw the rest of what was left in the trash. I recently had a disappointing experience at Chipotle due to the customer service provided by an employee named Jakayah. Printed on receipt 5:03pm whom worked at the register. After ordering a salad, I asked to purchase an additional vinaigrette dressing. To my surprise, she refused, stating she "had these made and they didn’t have more”, so in other words she was too lazy to make more." I asked were their no more to purchase being as though their are hundreds of people coming into the facility daily and being as though it was only 5pm the store closes at 11pm the employees would have to make more anyways . She stated “no I could NOT purchase any additional for my food I just purchased .”
This attitude reflects poorly on the Chipotle brand and contradicts their commitment to customer satisfaction. A positive dining experience relies heavily on attentive and accommodating service, which I unfortunately did NOT receive. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service is provided...
Read moreI recently visited Chipotle during my lunch break and was impressed with the quick service despite the lunch rush. The staff was polite and efficient, which made my experience initially positive.
I placed my usual order, which never includes extra meat or any additional toppings. When I reached the cashier, they told me my total was $11.35 with taxes included. I paid and rushed back to work. However, when I sat down to eat, I noticed that I had been charged an extra $5 for additional barbacoa that I did not request or receive. This brought my total to almost $20 with taxes included, which is outrageous considering I didn't ask for or get anything extra for a single bowl.
It seems like I am not the only one that has had an experience of being overcharged. This kind of mistake is disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers...
