Daddy Dave's Sports Bar — Restaurant in Washington

This is a review on the new sports bar. I understand they just opened and we will give them 1 more try in a few months, however if tonight's anything like it will be in a month or so then we definitely will not return. My husband ordered a sandwich, I ordered 5 chicken strips. 20 mins later when the food came I received 3 chicken strips and he received nothing. Another 20 mins for his sandwich and the other two chicken strips. I got 3 things of ranch and each one tasted different, 1 was ok, the other 2 were absolutely disgusting, like Rancid, like out of date disgusting. 40 mins for a sandwich and pre-made frozen chicken for $35 isn't my cup of tea and we were 1 of 2 tables there. I love the new location! Great place to watch a game and have great food. So far I have been here twice in 2 weeks. Waitstaff were great, very attentive and checked in frequently. I have had the Cobb salad and Chef salad. Both full of an abundant amount of ingredients as oppose to some places that give you mostly lettuce. Dressings were good and she offered more if I needed it. I again had my Pee Dee Punch ( think that is name). Hit the spot in the beverage category. I hear future plans of additional TV’s etc and look forward to the ongoing additions. I like the purple room with the big screen. Would make a good group gathering to watch...

First time visiting with party of 4. For a Sports Bar it was very disappointing to know there were no “sports bar” food items other than wings on the menu. It is actually a deli with a bar and a few TVs.

Upgraded my side to broccoli salad and actually had only 2 pieces of broccoli for $3.95! Another in our party ordered a cold plate and the 3 salads were in individual containers with lids, no plate, no crackers. Another in our party didn’t receive the chips that come with the sandwich.
