UPDATE: I called the store, spoke with a guy named Ash and explained the situation and gave him the order number etc....after being put on and off hold....he said that he would process the refund on the same card that I paid with......nothing came........sorry, not sorry domino's.......I'll take my business elsewhere............y'all can keep the ten bucks plus tax.....
Original post: I ordered, amongst other things, a philly cheesesteak sandwich with no mushrooms.....the order came.....with mushrooms. Even if I pick them out, I get violently ill.....so I calmy called the store at 7:38pm to ask that it be sorted out. The manager asked if I wanted a credit or a replacement....I opted for the replacement as there was nothing to eat in the house....he said, that he'll get it made and sent out to me right away.......it is now the next day. Nothing came nor did I receive a call updating me....after all, he did confirm my phone number when I spoke to him.....I even checked my cameras to ensure that they didn't come late last night....they didn't....I have always had delivery from this branch, and their delivery people are always nice.....but the other times that there was an issue.....it was like pulling teeth to make it right.......sorry, domino's your service has consistently been getting worse......and you have just lost a customer.....but I guess that doesn't matter to you......I will be popping into the store this morning when they open to get my money back......I know it may sound petty, but I will not quit them AND leave them with my money....it's the principle behind the situation that...
Read moreI called to order pizzas for a party, five hours in advance. I asked to have them delivered at a certain time, as we only had 30 minutes to eat at our venue. I verified the address three times.
Fifteen minutes before our scheduled delivery time I had not received any word about the status of our order. I called the store and was told they were running behind because a manager walked out on them, and they had one order in front of ours. (Despite the fact that I placed my order five hrs prior). They said it would arrive in 30-45 minutes.
Forty minutes later we still had not received any word, and called again. We were told they were having oven issues but were currently working on our order. At this point, we had about 20 minutes before the party was over. We told them we would not be paying $120 for pizza to arrive over 45 minutes late. The manager rudely told us they don’t give their food away for free and that we would not receive a refund if we took the pizzas.
The driver called a few minutes later and said they were having trouble finding us. We verified the address and stood outside to help wave them down. About five minutes before the party ended the driver finally figured out where we were. Turns out they had driven past us several times. We refused the pizzas and called to cancel the order.
Our guest left hungry and we missed about 1/3 of our child’s party trying to figure out where our food was. Domino’s has lost us as...
Read moreIf i could give a zero I would! Customer service here sucks! It was been several times that they have marked the order as delivered way before it was actually delivered. Im not sure if they get timed by corporate like most fast food restaurants do on drive through but that is bad practice. I called and a person claimed to be the manager named Melissa answered and said that he should be delivering my order within a couple of minutes but i kept waiting and nothing. I called back and the same person answered, I told her that I wanted my refund as my order has not been delivered and she hung up. I called back once again and asked for the manager and thats when she claimed to be it. She claim to have not heard anything when i called but yet she hung up so damn quick. When I asked her for the number for corporate she gave me a fax number. Before I hung up as asked her to confirm her name and her manager position but thats when she claimed to not be the manager anymore and gave me another name that she asked someone as if she didn’t know her managers name.
