I have went here numerous times, and last few have been ridiculous. The food is always fine for the most part. Getting refills or water is ridiculous. We got there and we're the only two in the restaurant. So quickly got our food and drinks. They turn the music on for the dining room (a skipping soundtrack of Taylor Swift) on full blast, I couldn't even hear my husband talking to me across the table. Finally after about 15 minutes they turned it down. As we are there the one guy is literally in the same spot leaning on the counter playing on his phone. I drank my water my lemonade and my husband's water before another group came in at which point I was able to flag down the guy for refills. He was very unpleasant like I was putting him out for asking for refills. This was the only pho open at the time so we went there instead of a couple others that I enjoy more. 50 dollars for two meals and drinks and horrible customer service is not worth it. I always leave tips usually based on service and we have both worked in serving, so we always clean up the table so it's easy to bus, but yesterday I didn't even do that. I was so irritated and will not be going here again. It's been hit and miss and yesterday they just totally missed the mark. I understand more if they were busy, but my husband and I were literally the only 2 in the place for a good 30 to 40 minutes. There is no excuse except for utter laziness and bad customer service. I know most of these places are family owned so I doubt there will be any change which is why we decided not to spend our time and money in this particular pho restaurant ever again. I will wait the extra 30 minutes to an hour for a better pho restaurant to open instead. Hopefully the restaurant reads these reviews and...

I had ordered curry and had zero clue that it was spicy ( their level is like a 5 of 5 spicy) so I couldn’t even eat it. Of course they charged me even after the guy in there acknowledged that they don’t indicate when the food is spicy and we should know by color of the food. And husband ordered chicken vermicelli which they brought his beef.. two whole diff of meats and the nerves to say oh we aren’t going to charge for the wrong plate, huh? Why do they think they did us a favor for not charging us for the wrong plate? ( we canceled my husband’s order when they asked if they can remake it)
I have had their pho before and it’s like a 5 out of 10 and the only reason I decided to go there today was because it was convenient but I guess it didn’t turn out that convenient lol.
Save your money and support a business that really cares about their costumers. They would had a customer for life if they would has handled this situation differently especially after owning up to their fault/error on the menu.
Oh and their tea? If you order tea just know it will come in a huge personal mug and not like the other places where they bring it out so everyone on the table can drink too and they are refillable.. but not this place. And this gets to show you how this place is all about...
Read moreNot too bad at all. As a pure lover and some might say a connoisseur of pho, I'd say that it is better than many places I've had in the area, but won't be taking home any trophies. The service was great. It was more of a casual style of siding rather than a cafe feel. I would say the broth is an authentic Vietnamese broth, but there are a couple of other tough to compete with places in the 253 keeping this from being in a top 5 discussion; top 10, maybe 🤷♂️
•The ambiance was a mcm modern feel which set this apart from other Vietnamese spots.
•Another notable thing is: while their pho isn't the most cheap, $18 for a large... when you order the large you ARE getting a LARGE bowl of pho that will completely stuff a grown man.
•I guess it's tough to ask for a perfect ending... while I was disappointed that their "special" or some would call "combination" bowl didn't have any tripe or tendon or oxtail; the brisket, rare beef, and meatball portions were worth noting. They did not skimp at all on the protein which I thought completed the deal for me and helped me swallow the $18 ticket pill
Overall, it was a good place to eat. I hope they expand their menu more in the future to live up to their title of a "street eats" restaurant. It's easy to put together the 10 most popular Vietnamese dishes... but I want to see the...
