I have ordered from this location multiple times with no issues and the first time I had an issue I was treated with disrespect and horrible customer service. I placed an order and received the notification that the driver was pulling up. In my instructions I listed to not knock and leave it on the door mat because I have two sleeping children whom I don’t need woken up. This has never been an issue before because I watch for the delivery as soon as I receive the notice of the driver pulling up. I called 15 minutes after it said the order was delivered because nothing had been placed at my door. I talked to a man who said the drivers sometimes mark the delivery early because of better delivery times, I can’ t make this up. He said to wait 15-20 minutes because the order was still open in their system. I called 20 minutes later, an hour and a half after I placed my order, and spoke to Kelsey, who claimed to be the general manager for this area. She asked Todd, the delivery driver if he dropped it off per my instructions to my unit in building J. She repeated the unit number to myself and the driver multiple times. After the driver insisted he delivered it to the correct unit I asked how I can get the order never delivered to me. Kelsey insisted that it was my fault because of my delivery instructions and that I was more than welcome to place another order and PAY FULL PRICE AGAIN! I said that wasn’t going to happen and so she said I could try submitting a claim online.
I decided to walk around my apartment complex to see if it was delivered to another building. After I ran into another tenant who had a similar issue with this same location recently, I found my order that was delivered over an hour before TO THE WRONG BUILDING! I called the store back and informed Kelsey that her driver Todd had delivered it to the wrong building and her response was “ I’m glad you found it so quickly” I said after it has been sitting outside for an hour and I hung up.
Like I said I’ve ordered here many times, NOT ONCE have I tried making a false claim to get free food. I’ve never even complained when I was missing or had been given the wrong sauce cup that I paid extra for, which ironically to top off this terrible experience I was given the wrong sauce cup.
Being unhelpful is one thing, but accusing your customer of lying is simmering...

I figured that they would be busy during the first Seahawks game of the season so therefore took the steps to be ahead of the ball. I went online and ordered 4 large pizzas and scheduled delivery for the beginning of the game, I placed this order the day before the game. When the pizzas didn't get delivered and it was an HR beyond the delivery time I called and was told that my pizzas were cooked and sitting under the warmer lights. They only had one delivery person and he was out making deliveries. He should be back in about 20 minutes then could make my delivery. I wasn't happy but what could I say.... I was told I should have my pizzas in about an hour or so, and this was already an hour past my scheduled delivery time. About 20 minutes later I called back and said forget waiting for the delivery guy, I'm coming in to pick up my pizzas. I was then told that the delivery person just left with my pizzas, so that wouldn't help. Still waited another 50 minutes for the delivery. Pizzas were barley warm, and the crust was tough, like it was a couple hours old, sitting in the warmer . I'm not happy with the service I received . Spent more than $60 on pizza plus tip, and had to wait for almost half time to serve my guest what tasted like day old pizza. So much for useing to feature of ordering online using the scheduled delivery feature. Placing and paying for your order a day ahead of time didn't work one bit. Oh, and when the delivery person did arrive, we asked what's up with your manager only having one delivery person working on a day that the Hawks play their first game of the season? He reported that they have 3 delivery people working but it's not enough.... So, why was I told when I called to check on my order that they only had one delivery person working? Excuses and false stories don't make it better. Not a happy...

Immediately after placing my delivery order I realized I hadn't selected the right sauce for my pizza. I picked up my phone and called the store to let them know. The guy who answered said he would take care of it and ended the call. Unfortunately, my pizza still came with the wrong sauce and was also burnt!
I called the store back to let them know. They had me speak to the manager, "Cooper". SHE said that since I ordered it with red sauce, that's what she gave me. I told her that her co-worker said he would take care of it, otherwise I would have cancelled and re-made the order. I also told her that my pizza was burnt.
Cooper then decided to argue with me that the pizza was burnt by saying the oven is timed to cook everything perfectly and my pizza is how it's supposed to be. Although my pizza was a thin crust, it wasn't just slightly overcooked. No, it was BURNT. Black edges and all. I asked her if there was a number that I could text pictures of the burnt pizza to, but she didn't provide one.
Instead of accepting that there were now TWO very good reasons for her to re-make my pizza, she decided not to help me at all. She said that I could pay to order another one. When I refused the solution, she told me to call the Office. I left a voicemail at the Franchise office and I'm waiting to hear back. Also...
