Very nice resturaunt. The aesthetics, the cleanliness, the view, the location, the space -I give it 100. The variety of food was great. The cheesy grits were chef's kiss amazing! Most places can't seem to get it right. The food on the actual bar is great but ordering from the back not so great. Everyone at my table also ordered omlettes. The omlettes were flavorless and filled with veggies. That can be a good or bad thing. If you are health conscious, then you will like them. It was as if they cooked the veggies and just added to the omlette with no seasoning at all. Everyone sent it back. Also the collards for me were heavy in vinegar- too tart I couldn't eat them. They had a waffle maker at the buffet table which was cool. I ordered french toast instead and they were just average/ok at best. The most shocking thing was the silver dollar pancakes. The menu does not describe the pancakes as "silver dollar".My husband loves pancakes so he ordered a stack and as you can see in the picture this is what was delivered lol. Pre frozen microwavable pancakes hard around the edges. That, to me, was insult. The buffet alone is $70 per person and drinks are of course are separate. For a semi fine dining resturaunt of that caliber to fail in serving tiny microwavable pancakes is absurd. How do you service crablegs and frozen microwavable pancakes in the same location. The waitress confirmed they were packaged and microwaved which explains why they were hard around the edges. Will I go again?- indeed I will, however I will not eat off the menu and I will have the waffle guy to make me a waffle since it's included in the buffet and it's fresh. Nice spot but definitely need to work on some things. Our bill was $195. We had the buffet that is $70 per person. I orderd an orange juice and french toast, he ordered the pancakes and an alcoholic beverage. We were with a group so the gratuity was 20%. The location is on the water and it's a beautiful place. At Hen Quarters Prime, the evening was not just about the exquisite food but also the extraordinary service provided by Ayanna, a true gem of a waiter. From the moment we were seated, Ayanna’s warmth and professionalism were immediately evident. She approached our table with a bright smile, effortlessly balancing attentiveness with a respect for our space, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Ayanna's knowledge of the menu was impeccable. Her recommendations were not just spot-on, but delivered with such enthusiasm and detail that we could practically taste each dish before it arrived. When we had questions about the wine pairings, Ayanna's expertise shone through, guiding us to selections that perfectly complemented our meal. Her ability to read the table's mood and pace our courses made the entire evening flow seamlessly.

What truly stood out was Ayanna’s personal touch. She engaged with us in a way that felt genuine and thoughtful, remembering small details from our conversation and ensuring every need was met without us having to ask. When one of our party mentioned a dietary restriction, Ayanna handled it with such ease and care, making us feel completely at ease.

Throughout the night, Ayanna maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness and discretion, always appearing at just the right moment. Her timing was impeccable, her service flawless, and her demeanor full of grace. It’s rare to encounter someone who elevates the dining experience so significantly, but Ayanna managed to do just that.

Thanks to Ayanna, our visit to Hen Quarters Prime was not just a meal, but an unforgettable experience. Her dedication to exceptional service is a true testament to the restaurant's commitment to excellence. We left not only satisfied with our meal but deeply appreciative of the warmth and professionalism she brought to our table. Ayanna is a standout in every way and a true credit to Hen Quarters Prime. Can’t wait...

Exceptional Service by Keke. She was the BEST!!!

The Hen Quarter Prime is a standout in the all-you-can-eat buffet scene! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The sheer variety of dishes is mind-blowing, with everything from succulent carved meats to fresh seafood and an array of delectable sides. Each station is meticulously maintained, ensuring that the food is always hot, fresh, and beautifully presented.

What sets The Hen Quarter Prime apart is the quality of the ingredients. Despite being a buffet, the food tastes like it was made to order. The carving station features prime cuts of beef, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The seafood selection includes everything from plump shrimp to flaky fish, all incredibly fresh. The sides are just as impressive, with options ranging from classic mashed potatoes and gravy to more adventurous dishes.

The service was truly exceptional, thanks to Keke! From the moment we were seated, Keke made sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. Keke’s recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. The rest of the staff also kept the buffet tables clean and well-stocked, ensuring that there's never a shortage of your favorite dishes. The ambiance is lively and fun, making it the perfect spot for a family outing or a casual dinner with friends.

Overall, The Hen Quarter Prime offers an exceptional dining experience that's worth every penny. With its incredible variety, high-quality ingredients, and outstanding service—especially from Keke—it's a buffet that truly stands out from the crowd. Five stars...

Checked out Hank Quarter recently and had a great time. The unlimited crab legs were fresh, tasty, and worth it. The Old Fashioneds were pre-made but still hit the spot. Service was on point — everyone was friendly and quick. The vibe was real chill too. They had live music going, which made the night even better. Between the food, drinks, and atmosphere, it’s definitely a spot I’d come back to
