Hands down the absolute worst service I have ever encountered! We came in from out of town & stayed at the Cambria hotel, we found out that they had a rooftop lounge & thought that would be the perfect place to get a bite to eat. I made a reservation with OpenTable. Our waitress didn't greet us until about 20 min after being seated & said "my bad I didn't see you guys sitting here." We ordered immediately. After about 40 min I went to the host & waitress & asked about our order & the waitress was rude and said that everyone's order is delayed because of the kitchen & then walked away. 20 min after that my fiance went up to the host & said we will just take the order to go. About 10 min after that Wes the host came over and was very polite & apologetic and offered us a round of rose' on him & to please stay to enjoy since the meal was hot and ready to come out, so we stayed. As we sat for an additional 15-20 min after feeling extremely disrespected & lied to after being overly patient, we walked up to Wes & said 2 hours waiting for food is ridiculous and Wes said ok ill cancel the order. We wasted 2 hours waiting for food that never came. I would never in a million years recommend this...

We ate here for brunch. It wasn't bad per se but I can't say I am eager to get back. The cost of brunch is $45 and it just doesn't feel like a $45 brunch experience. It is buffet style. On the buffet was bacon, scrambled egg, turkey sausage (which tasted like microwave links), fried chicken, fried fish, shrimp & grits, pre-made waffles, french toast, a tossed salad, and yogurt. All the food was cold. Not warm. Flat out cold. This included the shrimp & grits and fried fish. Now I will give them credit on service because our server is the only reason Im even giving 3 stars because he was great! Eventually they put new sterno warmers under the pans to warm the food which didn't work well considering the food was legit cold by this point. Once they actually put fresh shrimp & grits out they were very flavorful and good! The bacon was also good. The french toast was decent but could have been great if not cold and burned. The small non burnt pieces had really good flavor. You can add bottomless mimosa, margaritas or bloody marys for $25 which...

So I stayed at cambria hotel (for our 6yrs anniversary- the worse) wasnt my choice but my husband like the idea of the rooftop and we just thought it be a nice time to unwind at nights and have a drinks but we didnt do no research it closes at 10. We went up there night 2 of our stay saying we would just eat there instead of going in the town biggest mistake. I had the jerk chicken skewers to go reached to my room the ends of the chicken is cooked the middle pink and undercooked. When back up there and showed them asked if they could call when its ready was told they won't remember. So I Stayed less than 2mins time they came back with it. When back to my room they only placed it in the microwave and gave it back to me me a servsafe manager certified this is not acceptable it's not beef that can be cooked rare or medium rare. I brought it back told them to take it back and went back no customer service ever only concentrate on lg group. Never ever ever again. If I get sick...
