Bojangles — Restaurant in Washington

Definitely a hit or miss... you never know if you will get hot, delicious food or food that’s burnt and/or is cold and dry like it was leftover from the night before. The staff is usually rude, especially afternoon/night shift. They just open the window with their hand out, snatch your card, and throw you your food all without saying a word. Not even a simple “Hey” or “Have a good night!” I’ll speak to them and thank them and they always ignore me, slam the window, and go back to laughing and goofing off with everyone in the kitchen. When they mess your order up, instead of taking accountability, they like to roll their eyes and then correct your order. There are only two employees here that actually deserve their jobs— an older lady and a younger guy. They will sometimes be taking drive thru orders, and they are both just as nice as they can be. They definitely outshine the others and are very pleasant. Corporate needs to step in and deal with the others. Every local in Washington, NC will tell you this Bojangles is awful and needs a majority of the staff fired. I never go more than a week without seeing someone I’m friends with on Facebook complain about this store and it’s employees... Thinking about eating...

This location is like an ex boyfriend you keep going back to. You know it will always be the same, but you keep believing the fantasy in your head that maybe this time will be better. Today I was lied to about honey mustard in their drive thru a little after the lunch rush. I will only order Supremes if they have honey mustard. I was not made aware that they had no honey mustard til I got to the window to pickup the food in the drive thru. When she said "we're out of honey mustard", I told her "If I knew that when I ordered, I'd have gotten something else. You're gonna have to refund my money because I'm not paying for Supremes with no honey mustard." This young and unenthusiastic lady then said for me to hold on and she'd check in the back. Yal!!! They weren't out of honey mustard!! Took her 30 seconds to find it and bring it back now yal. This ain't the first or even 2nd time I've been told this same B.S. at the Washington location. Don't accept this statement! Rebel!! Demand that refund if you're like me and the honey mustard love is serious. Oh, and the fries were cold and naked (no seasoning). I'll be going to the Chocowinity location if I ever decide to give Bojangles...

On a Saturday the 6th the lobby looked horrible. Trash cans were running over bad. And underneath them were also running over. Poor service by the Manger Makayla. I went to get a refill on my drink she went passed me 4 time on Purpose. I waited Patiently and so another woman got me the refill and Makayla told her that I couldn't wait. Which I was waiting Patiently. I don't bother no one . I mind my own business. Everyone knows that I do. She was also cussing at all her employees and a customer. The customer wasn't taking that so she cussed her right back. She even said that she was going to get me band. And I did nothing wrong. One employee said that I didn't and 3 costumers said the same thing. I have pictures. I have turned her in twice. And now I'm doing it again. I'm not going to Tolerate this rudeness to me .
