Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Washington

I'm giving this Jack in the box 5 Stars which is not something I normally do for fast food... And it's not something that all of the shifts and crewmembers deserve... But when it comes to the night shift in fast food this is the only place I'll go. The employees are awesome they're funny and they don't seem to hate me because I showed up there like most fast food places. I've never gotten attitude from them like I do from the downtown location constantly. the food is cooked better after 10 p.m. then it is any other time of day.sometimes there is the random drunken customers in front or behind me and drive-thru they either irritate me or sadly I've laughed till I almost cried at the specialness of these college students. I hate leaving squishy lovey mushy reviews it kind of makes me want to puke in my mouth but so far never felt that way from this place... And that's more than I could say about the food establishments in the area that are also open late night. Great employees great food especially if you come after 10 I mean it doesn't suck at the daytime either to be honest but I really am sick of being soI mean it doesn't suck at the daytime either to be honest but I really am sick of being so nice, the food just usually tastes a little bit better at late night and the employees amuse me which is always a plus...I'm irritated completely now just after writing this review because this is way nicer than I've ever wanted to be on a Google maps whatever it is review and I'm talking about fast food so it's super annoying but whatever they get five stars thanks for not sucking and never mentioning the awkward conversations that I've had in front of the ordering menu thing that I wasn't realizing you...

What happened is I ordered some food late the night prior to tonight and got a Jumbo Jack it supposed to be ketchup only it was a large meal a ultimate bacon cheeseburger no mustard and potato wedges with bacon and cheddar and I didn't eat until I got home found that the food was cold and rubbery not only the burgers but the fries tasted like they were at least an hour old the potato wedges were not good either they were all so cold. I called and in, complained and spoke to an employee named Rachel told her the situation she had told me that she wrote my name down and that they were going to replace everything on the order as long as I had my receipt. I went to Jack In The Box on Hawthorne in Spokane Washington where I purchased food to get my order remade I explain the situation and what had happened that I had spoke to someone prior and that they were going to replace my order the gentleman that I gave the receipt to said no problem I waited a few minutes and then was greeted by a manager named Chase that was very rude and disrespectful it said that he was there the night prior when I originally ordered and that everything was made correctly and I was a liar it also stated that Rachel the woman who I had spoke to on the phone who originally stated that they were going to replace the order had told chase that I sounded like I was lying he then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to replace anything and that I need to contact the general manager in the morning if I had a problem with it then slammed the sliding door...

Went there 45 min ago. They did not give a receipt, I spend $20 for 2 loaded breakfast sandwiches, 7pc jalapeño poppers and loaded mini tacos.

They handed me a bag and closed the window. The bag felt heavy and it was my fault for not checking but I drove home which is 45 min away and there was no sandwiches, the poppers are way overcooked, the tacos were not loaded mini tacos, just plain and they didn't even give the right sauces for it anything like I asked.

$20 down the drain, order majorly messed up and no receipt. I would call and try to ask for a partial refund but since they didn't give me a receipt and immediately closed the window and walked away after I got my bag, I don't think it'd be worth it, and driving 45 min back there would waste more money on the gas vs getting the order fixed. Really disappointed. My fault for not checking bag but I also just got off a 12 hour shift and jist wanted some quick food and head home. 🙃

Definitely won't be coming back for awhile until I cool down. Next time I'm double checking everything and asking for a receipt before they close the window on me, but very poor customer service and very disappointed in what I receive vs what I asked for. I know fast food workers are over worked and stressed, I get it but please be mindful of the customers that come through and make sure you're not missing steps.

Atleast the mini tacos...
