Greetings, I’m not normally one to ruffle feathers, but I’m extremely both confused and disappointed in my recent experience here. I’m new to the area and unfamiliar with your menu, so I was attempting to ask questions at the drive through. So last night Sept 26, 2025, at around 11pm or a couple minutes after 11pm. I pulled up to the menu microphone to take my order, and asked a simple question about what the difference is between the two tacos and the monster tacos? I didn’t understand the employees response so I tried to clarify I was wondering if there was a difference in toppings or ingredients, and they responded by saying they’re big and they cost a dollar more. I think there was confusion here because he suggested he was trying to be funny and I tried explaining I didn’t understand. So next thing the employee said ‘I’m checking out and have a blessed night.’ To which I was really confused, I was like hello? What about my order? Are you saying you’re closed? Is there anyone there? No answer. So after a minute with no responses, I pulled up and pulled out my phone to see if there was other late night drive throughs nearby or what my next move would be. (To be clear, I was specifically interested in the tacos because my hubby asked me to bring some back for him and he stayed home to get ready for bed because he had work in the morning, I was just trying to make sure I got the right thing for him) Anyways, looking at my phone it showed you guys are open 24hrs, and so when I looked back, you still had the open sign on and it looked like more people from behind me were also making orders. So, I missed a joke, and then the employee just walked off and I got dead air with no real explanation and ended up driving all the way around only to have a bunch more cars and a big white truck now in front of me, and what should have been a quick trip through the drive through now turned into me dazed and confused and now stuck in line for an additional 25 minutes from the time I was first trying to take my order. What even IS this service. I get it seems to have been a shift change but I mean, it would have been nice to get a “I’m sorry, your order will be taken by the next person as we are changing shifts right now.” Like anything would have been better than a peace out, God bless, and dead air no response. I was so confused, at first I thought I had upset him by not getting his joke. Like I had no clue what went wrong there, then, realizing you were still open and taking orders, I still wanted to get those tacos for my hubby, but then I was now stuck behind a whole bunch of vehicles and ended up waiting nearly a half hr to re attempt making an order that should have already been made. Just a snowballing series of events which could have been avoided with clear answers and proper communication. The gentleman even responded to my question with “I don’t know what to tell you.” Like what do you mean? I just wanted to know are these tacos the same or different from the other tacos? A good response other than “they cost more” or “I don’t know what to tell you” or “I’m just trying to joke with you.” Because he only specified their size I thought he was referring to your mini tacos, so it was so confusing and unnecessary. Anyways, the person at the window my second time through was fine, the food was fine, the experience was crazy and so much more difficult than it needed to be. Read moreHad the most horrible experience at this place. I was with my family last night and I couldn’t believe the treatment we received by the “manager” Sam. After we placed our order the manager swiped our card yelled very angrily : by the way, we are closing in 8 minutes so this will be to go. We waited for about 10 minutes. Another family asked them for a cup that was missing from their order and she barked at them: I gave you 3 cups what happened? We showed her all the cups in our hands. My order comes and we start eating while waiting for our friends order. Meanwhile this “manager is yelling to the team and using inappropriate language. No surprise why they were so slow. Toxic and negative work environment. My friends food finally arrives and by then we were done eating when she yells from the kitchen “I want everyone gone or I will be calling the cops for trespassing”. The children were scared to death and we just stand up to leave. I went to the FD to ask for the name of the person behaving that way and a very scary lady comes and tell me in a whisper so sorry, she is the manager and tells her we are asking for her name. She came from behind and started yelling and screaming like a crazy person. I told her that I will report to the corporate office her behavior and she said that she is there because she does a good job. I told her that she was rude she replied she didn’t care what I think. My whole family was shaking and my child in distress since this is the first time she sees me interacting with someone like that lady. They said: she was scary. This review is not about the bad service, that can happen anywhere, everyone has bad days or make mistakes but this experience of yelling, incompetence and inappropriate language to a group of clients was surreal. Read moreI ordered the sourdough hamburger combo. This was a little after 12:05. I was the only customer at the counter. The staff walked away and left. I went to the restroom, washed my hands came back and was told someone would be with me shortly. Staff were cleaning up tables. She (staff) came off the floor, to the counter and yelled to the back of store. "I'm back". 2 staff were at the drive up window. She asked if my order was to go. I said no, I would eat at a table. I paid and went and sat down. Watched a few customers come and go. I waited for quite awhile. Saw an order on the front counter and asked if that was my order. I also asked why no one had called me to the counter for a pick up. I was told, we did call you. I touched my French frys, cold. I rarely complain. But after I left, I thought of my food sitting on the front counter with all these people standing, talking and receiving their food "over" mine. What a bad experience.
