I went here yesterday and the customer service was absolutely ghastly! If I could give zero stars I would!
It took over ten minutes to be acknowledged by the two employees working the front end. After being recognized, I was asked "what do you want?" in a rude tone.
The young African-American male and female working the front should be fired! They both had no name tags on. They were handling online orders and had no idea what they were doing. I observed them for twenty minutes saying that there was not enough particular food items (chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and so forth) available so they decided to give whatever food was ready at the moment to different online orders which did not request those food items. They had the impudence to laugh about their ignorance as well.
Once my order was 'prepared' I had missing items. I ordered chicken tenders and did not get any because they were 'out of tenders.' The African American young man then proceeded to tell me that they were out of many things and did not care to substitute for the missing items I had ordered online. I had to aggressively ask to get substitutes. He very begrudgingly offered to substitute what they could for the unavailable food which I had ordered a hour or so before.
If I had not checked my meal before leaving I would have not had any of the food I ordered online. They would have given me random food.
The employees that were working last night all appeared to not give a damn about their positions .
The customer service and vibe of this specific Popeye's was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! I will never give another penny to this specific Popeye's establishment. I would advise anyone else to seek another Popeye's location who employs competent as well as...
Read moreTwo days ago, Oct 10th 2025, ordered through the app at 10:56 am. Pulled up to the drive thru 5 min later. Was told they were working on my order and to pull up to the green gate to wait and they’ll bring it out. I wait for 15 min and finally decide to go in and find out what’s going on. Not one customer in the restaurant and one kid visible in the back moving some bags of flour. I finally get his attention and he asks if he can help me. I ask if they forgot about me, explain I was in the drive thru waiting. He then starts looking at my ticket and says “oh, we’re waiting on your pies, it’ll be like 7 minutes”.
So I wait another 7 minutes, and get his attention again and he says the girl just put the pies in, sorry, it’ll be 7 minutes now. By this time it’s literally been over half a freaking hour since I placed the order so I say never mind the pies, just make my order and give me some other dessert. He then says “ok, your order has been ready, here’s some cheesecake cups”. Then the girl in the back says “why’d he ordered pies if he don’t want em?” The kid then says to her “cuz he’s been waiting over 30 minutes for you to make em!” She then proceeds to roll her eyes and shake her head.
I was too shocked and disgusted to say anything else. You mean to tell me my order has just been sitting there all this time getting cold? Of course I get it home and everything is barely edible and I throw most of it away. What a waste of my hard earned money.
Never again will I go to this location. Is there no manager on site to oversee...

So I told her I wanted them cook a little longer than usual.With an attitude she said "well it's gonna take about 20 minutes" .I said okay I don't mind waiting..As soon as we sat down on our chair waited just about 2-3 minutes they called out our order ( me thinking they already throw in the new batch the time we ordered) as I was eating my chicken I can tell it wasn't the way I wanted it.My husband said just eat what you can,so we decided not to say anything after about 15 minutes the cashier who took my order looked at me and said "5 more minutes" so I figured they gave me the wrong order and told her they already gave us the chicken(we didn't order) The manager just looked at me and said nothing!!!
