Very small; when brunch is a huge deal in the DMV. They handled our party of 20+, but we were NOT informed to arrive 15 minutes prior for party, so we waited almost 40 - 45 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately, we drove from PG County & D.C., so it wasn't a small drive. However, the food & the atmosphere were great! Prices were reasonable for brunch. Even though they accommodated the size of our party, I would not recommend more than 10 or 15 people to come at one time. The service was excellent; considering. All the staff were pleasant & eager to give us excellent service. They also received a $200+ tip from our party. We all appreciated the hard work the staff put in. Job well done, fam. I hope they are able to expand & soon because they will be very popular before you know it. My only issues were the venue size & the majority of our party didn't really care for their libations. The food is cheap and so is the quality. I went to lees today and the customer service was not good. I ordered a salmon breakfast with eggs and grits. My best friend ordered the same. We both viewed our food. I noticed I only had one patty and my friend had two. So went back before I got to far away. They lady argued me down that I had eaten one. I wouldn't have known you receive two parties if I didn't see on my friends plate. Another thing if you can't count they will cheat your ass too. Over selling for their cheap quality food. A hidden gem for those not familiar with the area. Ordered 2 pancakes with eggs and cheese, grits with cheese, 4 piece chicken tenders with fries, 4 piece chicken wings with fries, 2 drinks, and watermelon. Total came to $36. So need to eat on a budget and be smacking your lips you know where to go. The pancakes are just about the size of the takeout container and drowned in butter.
