I lived in these apartments for 3 years before I relocated out of state. It was a very peaceful and clean environment. Kathy was a very kind and understanding Leasing Manager. All the complaints I’m reading must have a personal vendetta against her because I don’t understand how anyone could deem her as unprofessional. I recommend this residence for anyone looking for a price efficient, safe, clean environment to live...

I live here for 3 years and Ms Gwen was professional and respectful Ms Hawkins don't know what she's doing and I have issues with water pipes and I called several times and she said I will send someone and they never came. Huge cockroaches, my apartment is mice infested, for 6 months now. I’m trying to find another place. My kids are traumatized, I can’t even sleep at night anymore as well as my kids.
