I came into the store at first opening to get a LG fortune 2 after my LG fortune had an unfortunate demise. The store manager (Darla?, Marla? I'm so bad with names) was very polite and professional. I explained to her how I needed to recover my contacts and if possible 1000 pictures of work and life. She was able to recover the contacts but not the pictures despite her best efforts (come to my discovery i didnt back them up as I should have). Read moreThe customer service woman working on Moday monrning (2/17/2020), at approximately 9:30AM to 10:00AM, was one of the rudest customer representatives I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She was too busy talking about personal business to a man there, who was obviously not even a customer. So after waiting every bit of 20 minutes or more I kindly asked her if she could just answer a very quick question that I had about phone cases. With disgust in her voice she snapped at me, "Cant you see that I am talking to someone?"
