Update as you can see, four years ago I ordered from this store and received excellent service. I ordered today and it was NOT a similar experience. I attached a picture of the pizza I received. Not only was I told that the deal for a stuffed crust pizza for $12 wasn't an option at this store, so I had to pay $22+, it arrived half burnt. My cheese bread was burnt and gross. Even my cinnamon rolls were burnt. I don't know if it's because the store was closing soon (I ordered at a little after 5:30, and it was delivered at 6:55, but it was a Friday so I can't imagine they actually closed that early on a Friday...) or what the issue was, but who sends a pizza out when it looks like that? I can't imagine.
Ordered online for delivery and received the notification text that my food was out for delivery. A few minutes later, the store called to give me a heads up that, while my food had already left, it might take a little longer because the driver had two stops before mine. My food still showed up in a really reasonable amount of time, PLUS they sent a couple of coupons. The food was still hot, and done correctly.

I called 16 times and was asked to hold for a moment, just to be hung up on every time. When I finally got ahold oh someone after 10:30. Amber and Shilah blamed each other. First they said my order left a while ago and should be delivered on the porch. Then they changed their stories and decided to say the spoke to some guy who canceled the order due to delivery time. I never spoke to anyone about my order nor canceled it. Your management team at the Chestnut St location has no idea how to run a business and then said it was canceled on their end for no reason given. They then in turn blamed each other and kept passing the phone back and forth changing their stories until it was deemed too late to deliver an order. Wait about an hour for my 35 minute delivery time to finally call the location. The “manager” answers the phone and tells me that they used Door Dash because they didn’t have a driver. I was told my food was picked up 30 min before I called. The “manager” offered me a credit for $20-$30 when my order with tip was $38.90.
