Manny & Olga's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I love that they are late night but the menu in stores and the menus they advertise online don't match. My pizza was 15 bucks online and somehow it became 18.69. And then it became 19.20. I'm just confused about why things were different across different platforms. A small pizza shouldn't be 20 bucks anywhere. 2 jumbo slices would have been probably more food at only 12. You guys have the signage outside and on the posters in the store but yet we can't come to an accord? If it wasn't for the fact I just got off work I would have asked for a manager and or corporate. But the guy behind the counter was giving me too much attitude for me just asking questions about why there were differences and I didn't want to cause a scene so I went ahead and paid. But I've been coming to mannys for years and things have always been very clear. But it is what is I guess but I think you guys should have properly advertised all prices correctly on all platforms... including the phone. Because I could have ordered delivery for 20 bucks but I had to pick it up for 19.20. That's outrageous. And I don't need attitude for trying to ask questions.

update I came back and I had the wrong order and I had to ask for compensation for the difference in price but I guess a soda...

Avoid🚫Avoid🚫Avoid🚫 This is the worst place to invest your money to begin with. A single Star is actually one too many for this place. The alleged megahertz was the cashier and he has no idea about the menu I'm ordering wraps and he is talking about sandwiches. These cashiers refuse to listen carefully to your order instead they wanna order your foods for you instead and hike up the price. There is no communication regardless. When you ask why the price is too high they say it's tax and they wanna get mad. I'm investing my money, so I don't want anybody to dictate or even assume my order to be. First of Tax in DC is 6% and there is no way that a $6.99 wrap would come up to $9.49. Please avoid going there or check your total before anything else. I don't understand why this franchise chose to down this worst customer service path, the previous operations team was a OK. When I read these ratings and comments I thought to myself they could not be that bad. But once I walked in there And try to get my food. I realized why this place has the worst rating ever for a pizza spot. I walked away with out getting the food I wanted to purchase. It's Just a...

You have to be very careful when buying food late at night with the 2 guys running the store. I've received food that was raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. I bought it back for a refund and the guys laughed about it. They unpacked the wings and put some sauce on them and put them in the oven to sell to the next customer. I asked for the owners info because they all need to be reported. Kitchen littered with old food on top of the left grill yet they are preparing meals for ppl on it. Mannys is one of my favorite restaurants but these guys and their nastiness has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's covid going around and they decide to resell food that I returned after I left the restaurant and returned with it. I could be sick or anything. They actually open the chicken and had a full blown discussion over the chicken about what they were going to do with it....
