Restaurant was good customer service. But I have a really bad experience with a guy who was driving one of the bunker trucks, the trucks that recollect the money from business. He was trying to show off with his coworker o something. I was parked on three parking spots due to I was driving a SUB and a trailer and waiting for my coworkers that were getting food at the McDonalds. The driver stopped by on my window, I look up to him and he put his middle finger up and wave his hand trying to tel me to move out of his way? The coworker next to him was laughing of me or what ever the driver was doing. Then he park on the exit curb. So I went no to close to the truck but close enough to make the same thing, I put my middle finger up to him and I wave trying to said, what’s wrong with you? So this trucks, I didn’t even know, they have speakers and he talked through them and said to me: sit on it. So I turned to see him and I said the F word and he came down, he approached to me, taking pictures of my coworkers and my self and holding his gun. So I came down of my truck and I said to him, what is wrong with you? He said the F word to me, so I said, I will call tour company and compliant, so he said do what ever, I don’t F care! So I called his company, not to great people to deal with, so my coworker call as well and they did give him then the whole attention.
What is wrong with this guys? I was very frustrated.
He was showing off, just because he had a great job and he can use a gun, but still you have the responsibility to protect your coworkers, especially handling cash? Leaving a truck and fighting with a normal worker? It was 2:50pm attached are the pictures of the company and the truck number and the guys.
I just want to let you know, don’t fight back. Because you will be frustrated and you won’t be able to enjoy your cheeseburger with fries and...

Eventually I got my refund because I wouldn’t leave. I will never come back here because of this specific lady never I will make sure my kids will never come here as well. It’s so shameful McDonald hire employees like this now a days very embarrassing for the franchises. I went to checkers across the street and the food and service is amazing...
Read moreSo I place the order and at the drive thru and what do you know. You will see two cars in front of me and two people there who was standing behind another person who causes a scene with the customer in the car. This is what reminded me to pull my phone out (customer complained about the people walking up on their, the person ignored her and stepped in front of them blocking them from the window. She was talking about her safety, sanitation …threats were flying from the car and the person just ignored them as if they were correct, not alone the fact the person at the window actually served them)
You will see one person already there and three people walk up. Before the first car moves and the car gets their food, the person standing and the two of the walk up have been served and then the car is served. I am starting at the end of the second car so you can see the entire rotation of people walking up and getting served compare to the people who actually wait in line
The first picture was taken at 11:22 and the last 11:36 with only one car being served, imagine staring in the back of that line taking 3-4 walk up (in the drive-thru) before each car. Smh this is why McDonald’s lines are so long. I have also took pictures as someone walked up so you can see they are served still before the car at the window who waited so long. This entire drive thru experience took after 30-45min. I didn’t look at the time when I arrived...
