Mi Casita Bakery and Deli 🇲🇽 — Restaurant in Washington

This place is a little run down that's the only critique. Someone should paint and do the floors to give a better impression to the community. The bread is great, they have the polvorones with three flavors chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. This is my favorite. Then the steak tacos and the cilantro and red salsa are just like they should be. They serve it with onion cilantro and a lime like they should. Solid place, just it would be good if they invested on the looks cause it looks dirty but just from how old the floor and fixtures are. Once they remodel for like 2k they'll get all types of clientele. It was quite an effort too go there or bring ppl there to try mexican food cause of the looks...

Place looks dirty unsanitary. Employe were not wearing masks if that was not enough the cashier was extremely rude impolite with no manners and no clue what good customer service is. The food wait is ridiculously long and the order was not even correct. If you do not eat onions or are allergic to them this is not the place for you. The rude Cashier claims the meat is prepared with lots of diced onions and can not be cooked otherwise so a order with no onion is not a choice here. And of course they don't tell you that when you are placing your order asking specifically for no onions in your food. What a waist of my time and money this place was will not never...

I was excited to go here, until I actually entered the restaurant. The staff member approached me after letting me wait for three minutes before coming up to me. The staff member was rude and overcharged me for items and got my order wrong. For English speaking patrons, do not go here; the employees do not seek to understand Americans and are rude and dismissive.

McDonald’s has better customer service and their service is subpar. I wish I could have had a better experience.
