I have the (TEMPUR-Ergo® 3.0 Base) with the addition of adjustable lumbar support. With the pressure-relieving power of a virtually unlimited range of head and foot ergonomic positions (including Zero Gravity). If you are someone like me who has NEVER been educated on the type of mattress specifically designed for your body and sleep position, I highly recommend coming to this location and speaking with Store Manager, Keith Elliot. The location is clean, organized, well kept, and Keith was extremely professional. I was impressed with his ability to answer any questions and assist with any concerns I had about picking the right mattress. Keith introduced me new technology (I forgot the name), something that assess your body to determine the type of mattress that will suit you best. Less than 5 minutes, the machine provided me with 5-6 options of mattresses that would be suitable based on my sleep position. Keith didn’t pressure me into buy anything. He insisted that I learn about mattresses, sleep positions, and my body (back, shoulders, neck) before I made a firm decision/purchased because “it’s an investment!!”… He allowed me to test each mattress the machine recommended and the experience was phenomenal. Keith also recommended and let me test pillows (with protection for my face/head so no my bare face didn’t touch the pillows haha) based on my sleep positions, neck, and shoulder pains I informed him about. He was able to educate me on all the HOWs and WHYs. I walked out purchasing a new mattress that was a little more expensive than the budget I set for myself but with no regrets. The current mattress I have is causing me so many problems so I’m excited to experience great sleep, less tossing and turning, no neck and shoulder pains, and for my daily mood to change. My mattress is 15 years old and I’ve been stressing about buying another one primarily because I have no idea how to dispose of the old mattress. I wandered into Mattress Warehouse on 14th St in DC today just to browse as a client of mine recently made a purchase from there and I work nearby. I was immediately greeted by the bubbly Miss Brenda who quickly impressed me with her depth of knowledge on all things mattress related. She first took the time to learn my current sleep situation and to understand my preferences so she could make poignant recommendations. She was fast and efficient but not so fast that she didn’t hear my needs. I told her I was going to check out one more mattress store nearby and would call her later in the day. As I left I decided there was no need to visit the other store. I went back to my office and phoned Miss Brenda with the pending questions that I had. She understood my budget, my needs, my preferences and about 2 hours later I walked back to her store to hand her my credit card and schedule my delivery for not only my new mattress but new pillows to support my neck and a mattress protector to protect my investment. After multiple failed attempts at buying a mattress, the amazing Brenda and Mattress Warehouse saved the day.

I had been sleeping on non-supportive mattresses, and I was apprehensive about having to make another large purchase that might not pan out.

Brenda put me at ease immediately and was very helpful. She showed me the top three choices for firm mattresses, patiently explained their differences, and facilitated my trying out the mattresses.

Brenda also showed great empathy and interest in my priorities for a mattress. She was instrumental in applying a discount that had just passed. She also, as a courtesy, took off additional costs when she found out my ideal price range.

I did not feel pressure to purchase immediately and in fact left to go to another mattress store in Silver Spring (and searched online) only to return to this one, believing that I had found the most compatible mattress and for the best possible price point.

Brenda told me that I wouldn't find such a great mattress (that I clearly loved) at that price point, and she was right! Brenda is a consummate professional, and has a warm, fun energy that made the experience extra special and stress-free.
