Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Washington

This place was trash my most recent experience was awful and too make it worse i traveled all the way across town to get this garbage about 45 minutes during rush hour. Im so disappointed because this was not my first experience at this location. My first time visiting Moe’s at this location was great the food was fresh staff and service was good and that’s the reason i came back. I was so excited and told my friends and family that we should eat here today which they agreed and they was all expecting the experience that i had but instead i Was met with an complete let down in service and quality of food. The veggies was spoiled and the meat was under cooked. The steak was light grey. And pink. The chicken was old and tasted that way along with the vegetables that I selected, i can tell that the workers did not change product and food left out all day. I want my money back and would have went back if i didn’t live so far. The staff that work during 5pm doesn’t need to be employed there. They can barely understand you and can’t speak English and we live in America and your in customer service 🤦🏾 so i don’t understand why they running it alone. I’m so upset $45 wasted. I usually stop by this place on Saturday's after work. Im always well greeted and treated by an elder African American female. However, I visited on Friday, January 12, 2018 and was very displeased with the service & food provided. Some of the food looked old and dry as if it had been sitting there for a very long time. I requested queso and received the last corner that wasn't a whole spoonful, after watching them poor two full spoons onto the person ahead of me plate. When I asked for a full spoon I was told more would be coming out shortly and when it did, I was charged for it. They did NOT charge the person in front of me for extra queso. Yes, I absolutely paid attention to everything. Then, the person ordered a quesadilla that was still cooking on the stove while my order was ready. They made me wait (almost 10 mins) until his food was done and ready to ring up. The worst service ever! I literally almost walked out. I got home and the meat that I did choose and thought looked fresh was dry with sauce placed over it to make it look fresh, and filled with fat/gristle. I am so disappointed!! Who knows if they read these reviews… my experience for Monday, 7:30 pm 1/24/2022 went bad. The food was great but the servers preparing orders disgusted my experience then they did not print my receipt she forcibly told me I did not ask for one. I hate being belittled and cut off, I further hate being treated illy in a very subtle quiet manner using their Latin culture to mistreat. Sad situation is, I was raised on Tex-Amex out of Houston so for my lunch break to be belittled by SERVERS who asked for Tips at the register “YES”, then be rude towards me again even after by shooing me at the conclusion of my transaction was soooo disrespectful. To me, those lady workers gave a nasty experience cause I can clearly see a caste-system working in their minds complex. I hated their mal service cause managers can not catch these sorts of ugly behaviors. I have Date, Time cause I was on my lunchbreak treated like a casted animal in the order line. And they represent the Brand, America and their Latin country beings discriminatory. You can tell they were not concerned. Very aweful...
