We had breakfast this morning. Although the place is spacious there were only few quests having breakfast. Seems this cafe is originally intended to deliver only, because the staff looked very shocked to see some customers and did not even know how to serve exactly. They served the ommelette pure as an omlet with nothing on the side. Still, the Lady at the cashier put great effort to do everything by herself. Big thanks to her. Plus it is no Fun to eat in plastic plates if you are sitting at a cafe.

This place has a side street cafe vibe, cause it’s a side street cafe! It was nice and quiet. They have an open kitchen which it’s always nice to see your food and the people preparing it. The food was nice, a bit pricey, but it is DC. The falafel warp was great, and tasted authentic. The French toast and pancakes were a hit with the wife and children. Overall it’s a good place to eat, if you’re in the middle of DC stop in!!!

To start, the staff here was so attentive and friendly from the moment I took one step in the door. I ordered a caramel latte with oat milk and it was steamed so well and easy/quick to drink. My Cobb salad was fresh. I witnessed them cutting the avocado, tomatoes, and making the chicken in front of me. Service was quick and the menu has so many options. My first time here and will not be my last.

I come here every morning for breakfast. The employees make an effort to memorize the orders of recurrent customers, such as myself and many others. They are very nice to me. Everything here is made fresh. They make their own giant delicious cookies, brownies, and muffins. I see them take them out of the baking pan each morning and put them on display. I always get eggs each morning, which are made to order. I always get the iced coffee here because the ice cubes are made from frozen coffee. I am a coffee snob, and this coffee hits the spot. Omelettes or french toast are also very popular for breakfast; for lunch the chicken salad sandwich and the "bowls" are very popular (all fresh made). There is a little fruit section that you can get juice smoothies or something, but I have never tried it. The salads are popular as well but why get something healthy when you could get something unhealthy? People come here because there is nowhere else in DC that serves these types of fresh-made foods to go and does it so ridiculously well. Unfortunately they aren't open on Sunday, and you can't use credit card below $5. There is only one electrical outlet for people who use computers. New customers often find it confusing where they are supposed to order their food and where to throw away their trash (just walk up to the station you want food from and when they say "hello" tell them what you want - don't walk straight up the cashier unless you just want coffee. Trash is next to the bathroom.). Regardless, I always judge how good a restaurant is based on whether the employees eat the restaurant food. Each day for breakfast and lunch, all the employees sit down during their breaks and eat the food served on the menu. I think that says it all: it is...

The food is not only good for you (I'm fairly certain almost everything is actually fresh) but also extremely tasty. Personally, every MWF i order either a burrito with bacon, eggs, potatoes, and other goodies, or I get a curry chicken sandwich, depending on lunch or breakfast time. Haven't explored the other stuff yet but that's because I extremely enjoy the same stuff everytime. Their coffee (I get a large caramel mocha). The staff is extremely friendly, and try their best to cater your every need in your order. Not trying to be funny or racist, but the Asian lady is omega friendly, always asks how my day is going and almost like a 2nd mom. Anyways, if you're in the area and want a non fast paced environment, this is the place. Very reasonably...

Poor Customer Service!! My husband and I went into Nerds and Nibblers this morning (the door was open). A customer was there getting a sandwich, clearly being served. The "cook" told him and I that she had called yesterday (to pick up a sandwich this morning, HUH?) which is why he was serving her and that they were closed. I work right next door and just found this place yesterday. Not only will I not be back, but I will tell everyone in my office how my husband and I were treated. Discrimination at it's WORST. If you are CLOSED, then you're CLOSED to not two, BUT ALL! Learn the definition of customer service and you won't LOSE new and...
