Strayer University — Attraction in Washington

I am currently a student here and this summer term will be my last. This is the worse school I have ever been to in my life. The communication is very POOR. The institution is so quick to take your money to charge you for the classes but cant even reply to a simple email. The classes are $1500 a pop, regardless of which class. The Student Academic Advisors do not reply to emails or phone calls. I complained about my advisor ALBERT HARRIS lack of communication so much that they assigned me a new one that lasted a week name JENESSA CITIZEN. Then randomly here comes my old one back. This place is not very welcoming. They want you to use the Chat on the site but the people on there that you try to talk to, they are very RUDE. If they don't know an answer they will disconnected the chat and toss you to someone else. And i strongly recommend another University. The DEAN here is also unresponsive and rude, her name is Dr. RICHELLE RESTO. If i could give NO STARS, it would be perfect. VERY VERY POOR school. And i will share this review everywhere as much...

I tried to get a copy of my transcript forwardedto another university on 12/3. I graduated 24 years ago, at which time I would have called the school and gotten this issue resolved in a matter of minutes. Now one has to navigate a maze called parchment. It's been hours, I still don't have my transcript problem solved. I give up. I'll try again another day. I'm enrolled here and I love it. My wife even got enrolled as well. I left my last school to come here. The teachers, coaches, even students are all very helpful. They give u a laptop. It's self paced. I'm glad I'm part of the Strayer Family! Class of 2027! Thanks...
