It’s best to call them and check their location BEFORE ordering so you don’t end up overextending your lunch break to get to their actual location because you ordered pickup on DoorDash and didn’t realize that they move locations periodically but you don’t wanna cancel the order because you’re not sure you’ll get your money back and that’s stressful (I would know).
The owner hand delivered the food to me and I found him to be friendly and courteous. Similarly, the flavor of the food was also warming and vibrant.
I ordered the drunken noodles shrimp and it was amazing. The noodles were chewy and saucy. The shrimp was fresh and cooked perfectly. And the flavors coming through were definitely on point. If I could change one thing it would probably be the amount of oil. One way it could probably be counter balanced is by cooking the noodles a little longer and giving them more of authentic char (it would also skyrocket the flavor of an already-delicious dish!)
I was thoroughly impressed by the food and I will definitely be returning to try more items- especially now that I know that their entire menu is halal (Alhamdullilah!)

Read moreI would love to be able to join in on the five Star reviews provided by others but unfortunately, that is not the case. Maybe I ordered on a bad day or something, but the $33 spent, including tip, was a total waste. I ordered: *Thai Fried rice with tofu-No flavor. Unseasoned and the tofu was totally Bland! Also, there were probably 8-10 tiny pieces of tofu in the entire bowl. Ridiculous! *. Vegetable Spring Rolls- kind of soggy when biting into it. Not cooked long enough. *. Lime Thai iced tea- now this was tasty, but after a few sips through the straw…it was Over! I ended up with 3/4 cup of ice cubes. I was upset. I showed the guy the cup of ice and he basically said, “ you ordered ice tea!” No offer of a refill to rectify giving me a $3.50 cup of ice. I wish I thought of taking a picture of my cup of ice. I do not believe this was legit Thai food and was very...
Read more5 Stars — A Flavor Explosion! Noi’s Kitchen is hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried! I ordered the Banana Egg Rolls, Basil Pad Ka Prow, and Pineapple Fried Rice—and every single bite was fire. The Pad Ka Prow was packed with bold, fresh flavors and just the right amount of heat. You could taste the love in the basil and garlic—it was legit restaurant quality from a food truck. The Pineapple Fried Rice was beautifully balanced—sweet, savory, and super satisfying, with juicy chunks of pineapple and perfectly cooked rice. And don’t even get me started on the Banana Egg Rolls… crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, with just the right touch of sweetness. Absolute perfection. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the food was unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back. If you see Noi’s Kitchen around, do yourself a favor and stop by—you...
