Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Let me start by saying I apologize there are no pictures because we took one bite and didn't stop hahahaha. We ordered cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, turkey club, fries and a Philly cheesesteak. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! The pizza was one of the tastiest pizzas I have EVER eaten. The cheese is wow just wow and that crust hits different it's great. The club I split with my husband because it was a HUGE portion and balanced in all aspects. The Philly could've used a bit more cheese because the amount of steak in it is insane lol it's a very well served amount so a bit more cheese but flavor was on point and the bread was super soft too almost as though it soaked a bit of juice from the meat. Fries were crisp, hot, and reminded me of Rally fries which we haven't had in Texas in over 20 years so that was amazing. The mozzarella sticks were hot and cheesy, my kids laughed at the stretch I was able to do with that cheese. Overall had I known about this restaurant on day one of my arrival to DC, I would've eaten here everyday. Do you ship to Texas???? Lol cause I WILL PAY. Oh and it's so good that I would say thier pizza is better than New York Pizza hands down!!!!!!!!!!!

I almost forgot this was a doordash order and website didn't let me make changes so I called the restaurant directly and asked if I could call back once I placed my order so they could make a change on the Philly. Gentleman said I didn't have to worry, took my name the order would be under and said I'll take care of it, place your order I got you. He absolutely was a man...

Delivery guy is terrible. Worst experience ever. Wish I had of called another place. The driver could have left the pizza with my front desk person who greeted him as I was dealing with a problem with my car. I had already paid for the pizza so no reason not to leave. Then called them and they could not get driver on the phone. Sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to get them to fix it.

Asked that they make me a new pizza as this one had now been out of the oven for more than an hour and they would not do it. They way the whole thing was handled was terrible.

Really terrible customer service and the driver should be fired. Even the restaurant could not get him on the phone and they tried to call him several times.

Good pizzas, good salads. But they keep getting parts of my order wrong! I often do carryout, and I now have to tell myself to always look over the items first before leaving. Prices are fair for Georgetown area. Their chicken wings are also pretty good, but can't really compare to a nearby joint that specializes in that.
