My now fiancé (!!) and I had the most joyful experience working with Regan at Hitched. She created a fun, luxurious, educational experience out of a process that can elsewhere/otherwise at times be exclusionary and intimidating.

The initial consult helps with providing background on the 4 Cs (which I very much needed) as well as Hitched’s process, while also allowing the design consultant to learn your preferences/ideas. The custom design process was very tactile, which I loved - you are invited to try on different band styles and match them with different sizes/shapes of diamonds, all in a relaxed atmosphere with kind people, a beverage of your choice, and all the time you need to make the best decision for you. I loved being able to actually see (what would end up being) my diamond in real life and a CAD rendering of the ring before making a final decision as well. For people with complex ring designs, Hitched even offers a custom 3D model you can try on before having your ring made. They really do it all to ensure you are happy with the final result.

Regan was an absolute joy to work with and her expertise was a huge benefit, especially as I am a little indecisive :-). I could not be happier with my forever ring and the overall experience we had...

My wife and I both got our wedding bands from Hitched and we would highly recommend them for any other couple looking for high-quality rings and excellent customer service. Everyone we’ve worked with, from the initial sizing to the ring pickup to an after-wedding resizing, has been friendly and professional. We ended up with two beautiful gold bands, one 3/4 eternity, for a surprisingly affordable price. Definitely recommend Hitched if you’re looking for a step up from the typical Brilliant Earth experience.

It’s a small company, so you get great service, and they’re still constantly improving. The Georgetown location (the only one in DC) is constantly developing, with each of our follow-up visits to the store featuring several new decorations and demo stations that weren’t there before. There was also a slight delay in our ring production, which was handled in an email chain with the director of operations personally. I highly recommend getting your engagement ring at Hitched with Kiersten! Such an incredible experience, from the first appointment to the proposal. I went into the initial appointment unsure of what I wanted, uneducated on ring details such as the 4Cs of diamonds, and very nervous! Kiersten was so graceful and bright. She walked us through choosing every detail, explaining ring features, and making sure we felt so comfortable. Following our initial appointment, I was so excited! I felt inspired! I was able to send her ideas, talk through design features, and have multiple follow up appointments to ensure that we received our dream ring! The hitched process is so detailed, with multiple opportunities for adjustments prior to build, and they are very accommodating with heirloom pieces.
