This place used to be wonderful. Yeah, the quality depended on who you got, but otherwise fine. You could walk in, get a great massage, and get it at a great price. Then they started taking reservations. That was fine for a while, but now, even with a reservation, you sit and wait for long periods of time (an hour, or more). And all that wait without getting to choose your therapist. Today, I went in at the time I made a reservation, and when a guy was free, he still wouldn't work on me and waited for some other priority client who showed up 20 minutes later.
