Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

I dont frequent these stores very often. Only because my wife and son utilize the "stars/points" associated with their program . And recently someone gave me a gift card, personally I make my own lattes at home, but today a "quick meal" was the call after a Dr's appointment and this was conveniently close. The sandwich, chorizo,egg & cheese was hot, the Grande No foam vanilla latte was surprisingly tasty and hot and everything was quick once they took my order. Have to admit having the app on my phone is convenient as hell and even though I love my wife I sure as hell dont look like her so when you take my order next time how about asking my name and not call my wife's name because the account is in her name? There’s no reason this starbucks shouldn’t at least have a 4.5 stars, maybe even a 5 for those of us who come in often. I love the older gentlemen who work here, they’re the best baristas and always super kind! Shoutout to JAMES! For always giving the best customer service and making killer drinks. Also shoutout to Ayele, he always makes sure the customers get everything they need and are satisfied. I love all of the baristas here but Lisa. I hate when she is working and I have to place an order. I was standing right in front of her face ready to order and she acted like she could not see me. She was looking around me for other customers like she did not want to take my order. Then she messed up my order after I had already repeated it multiple times, and then gave me attitude about repeating my order to her because she was already messed up previous orders. She should not be at the register. She can’t understand how to take orders with special instructions unless it’s straight off...
