ZERO effieciency!!!!!

I don't know why my french-speaking wife chose this place to order a big order of 80 pieces of whatever they call in frennch for an important event tomorrow! she placed and paid for the order in advance, may be 4 days in advance! I took a break from my work to pick them up for her after I called AHEAD as well to make sure they were done which the cold-speaking gentleman assured they WERE!

When I showed up; they were clueless of what I am talking about; they did not have one kind of what my wife had already ordered 4 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!! and the order was not ready!!!! I asked them: "did you inform the lady who ordered that one kind is not available! both ladies looked at me clueless!!!!!!!!! I kept wondering if the store has ever had a catering order!!! My experience is a complete failure so far!!!! they know they have no parking! and I called ahead and my wife ordered and paid ahead!!!!! still at 1:30 PM when I am supposed to pick them up NOTHING was ready!!!! I have not tasted them yet, I don't think I will... I took this moment to review them because I felt I am obligated to!!!!!! in case you are a busy man do not waste your time there!!!!!!

Pastries are usually delivered late in the morning and the service staff needs to be trained in customer service. My family arrived this morning to have a nice breakfast (Sunday 12/19) the usual staff wasn't there. there were two young girls. I requested a fresh mask as mine fell down on the ground. The girls practically screamed at me to get out of the store and that they didn't have extra masks. No hello. No how are you. None of the standard greetings expected of staff at the Bakery.

As I turned around to leave, my daughter, spouse and I heard the girls say to each other, "Their loss, not ours." Each of us thought that we misheard them, but as we sat down to eat at another Cafe, we discussed their behaviors and confirmed that indeed that's what each of us heard. We will drive extra 2 miles to Un Je Ne Sais Quoi where we are always greeted by the owners who value our business. P.s. each time we came to the cafe at 8am, their shelves were always empty because they were waiting for deliveries. They don't make...

My husband just bought a strawberry cake today for my birthday since I told him I want strawberry cake on my birthday. The cake looks pretty and I admit it’s full of strawberry. But I kinda know the cake isn’t fresh because once I opened the box, I could smell the strawberries aren’t fresh. It smells sour. I thought it probably just the smell, but when I tried it, yes, they weren’t fresh. Since the main of ingredients itself using a bunch of strawberries , I don’t know what part I can eat. It kinda ruin my mood since I have been wanting strawberry cake.
