Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

The girl Maggie that works here is extremely rude. I am all in support of giving jobs to handicap persons but she is entitled and rude. She made me repeat my order 5 times. i ordered a gourmet chicken garlic family size pizza. she responded with which kind i said again Gourmet Chicken garlic she said the chicken bacon ranch i said no the gourmet chicken garlic she said the stuffed chicken artichoke i said no Gourmet chicken garlic. she said the chicken delite i said No family size gourmet chicken garlic. she said ok what else do you want i said a small cheese pizza she said a mini i said yeah thats fine she said how old is the child eating it i said 6 she said oh well thats not going to be enough to feed a child over 2. I said how do you know how much my kid will eat? she said i just know that its not big enough. for the record my 6 year old and 3 year old usually share a mini murph. and have a piece of our family size. also i have used my food stamps at this location 3 times all three times Maggie has rang me up and the when recept prints out looks at it and comments on how much food stamps and cash are remaining then places my receipt and card on counter so i have to lean over the salad and cookie...

I went with the neighbor for my 1st time trying Papa Murphys. We got charged $19.00 for a family cowboy where everywhere else it is $16.00. Then they said they were out of 5 cheese bread and that they couldn't make us any because it takes a different dough than pizza and it takes 2 hrs. to make it so they told us to travel to another location for it. They also said they were giving us a $6 discount because we had the wrong coupon code that we trying to use. On the reciet it shows only a $3 discount not $6. Not good for my 1st time. Also we ordered a 5 meat stuffed pizza and half was supposed to be light pepperoni and extra mozzarella and cheese topping, but it had all 5 meats on the whole pizza.after spending $71.00. We drove to the next location and Amilia at 176th /Meridian was out of 5 cheese bread also, but she offered to make it for us at 20mins till closing. We told her about our experience and she was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel like 👍 she cared. Pride at what u do goes along way. I found a new place to by pizza (176th Meridian:). I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery from the Graham location tonight and am extremely disappointed. It took an hour to get them, supposedly they were being delivered by Doordash and I tipped them $7.75 even though we’re only 2.6 miles away. They were left on the front doorstep of my neighbors house. I put detailed instructions for how to get to my house and I requested that my order be handed to me. When I called the store because they didn’t show up here I was told that they had no idea who picked up my order and no way to help me. The guy I spoke to just kept saying Ahh, wellll, ummm and I don’t know, when I asked him who I could talk to about the delivery fee and tip money I paid getting refunded to me.
