At 5:41pm I called in to order 2 pizzas, a nice, newer young gentleman named Mathew answered, took my order, and I asked him how long, he said 15-20 minutes. We arrived around 15 minutes later and my husband went in, he was told there were no pizzas under our name, maybe I called the wrong location. My husband came out to ask me, I called back and Mathew answered… I asked him what location was I calling and the line went silent. So I asked again, 3 more times. He said he was having trouble hearing me and hung up. I decided to go in and see if it was maybe just me… a nice gal helped me and I explained I had called earlier and spoke to a boy named Mathew she said he works at that location and she was sorry, I explained I just called in again to make sure I was calling the correct place and he acted like he couldn’t hear me. He was standing right there making pizzas. It was really kind of upsetting. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for 2 pizzas one which was made incorrectly by Mathew. With two hungry kids in the car, being very pregnant and hot…I was just like shesshhh… does anybody have any sense of customer service anymore or do they value the job they signed up for? I’m starting to think nobody does their job right, things are either not done, done incorrectly, you get told everything other then an apology.

Read moreStopped in at 9 o’clock on a Friday night to grab a pizza and cheesy bread. Was greeted with a big smile and a “How are you guys?!” followed by a “I’m not sure if you guys are interested but we’ve got a Papa’s Favorite in the back that someone pre-ordered and never picked up, I can sell it to for like $8 or else it’s just going to be tossed at the end of the night.” My boyfriend is picky as hell and didn’t want green peppers on his pizza so the lovely employee BRADLEY kindly offered to pick each pepper off of the pizza individually. He got halfway done when my boyfriend was like “That’s all good man, don’t worry about the rest.” He also threw in an extra marinara sauce for our bread, the total ended up being like $13. So, not only an awesome deal but impeccable customer service. Bradley was a sweetheart and obviously takes pride in his job. He absolutely deserves a raise!

Read moreThis is the second time in a row that I have ordered and paid for a pizza online only to arrive and they have no record of the order or they can't find it or whatever. Even when I show them the confirmation email, everyone seems clueless. This time they finally found it was in back for some reason. Additionally, they've also neglected to include any extras I ordered such as cheese bread or salad and then my husband comes home without it and we gave to go back and pick it up. I think they really need to get their online ordering systems sorted out. I never had this problem when I was ordering from the Milton location. I guess I should stop getting pizzas from them entirely or use a different location. It's very annoying when it happens...
